Great course, only course that knows how to pair solos in bismarck. They don't allow us to book tee…read moretimes over the phone though, which is really inconvenient since their website never works for me. So I just have to drive out to the course and hope. The bunkers are maintained about half the time I've been there, but overall the course is good. There the issues that come with trees but since the average north dakotan has never seen a tree in their life, balls just happen to be attracted to them. If you're coming from out of town, I'd recommend this one above the other two in bismarck. They all play vastly differently to the novice golfer.

Bring a lot of balls... you're gonna need them…read more What a majestic course. Was told this was Bismarck's high roller course so I had to come check it out, and it did not disappoint. It is nested on rolling hills and a valley close to the river and the views are just breath taking. Almost felt like I was in The Shire and Frodo was going to sneak out of a Hobbit Hole somewhere and kick my golf ball out. Just fantastic, definitely one of the best courses I've played. VERY CHALLENGING and windy. Must have lost 20+ balls as there were not too many people playing so I was hitting repeat balls after my initial crappy shots. So don't come expecting to get a good score because you are here for the views and for a great workout if you decide to walk like I did. The guy at the golf shop even looked at me funny when I said I wanted to walk. Had to earn the post-game beers somehow....

I was approached by a sales associate and I told him that I was looking a new pair of Keens shoes. I indicated that I require a shoe with a wide width, and then indicated if the display does not indicate wide widths we don't have them. I then asked he could please check your store to if by any chance you might a pair on the shelves. He told me if they are not indicated come in a wide width you don't have any on hand. I then asked if could order a pair me on and have sent to my house as on some my prior purchases of this brand of shoe, his response was that was to online and look for what I wanted and order them myself. It appear if my sale was not going to be a quick sale or if was not one the youths purchasing back to school shoes, he was not interested in helping me. Now we are told to support our local businesses, but if this the kind of service we are going receive we might just well go the big box stores.
