It's pretty much brand-new and talking with the owner Hans, who was running the bar, it is part of a theatre troupe and cultural awareness initiative that once upon a time was subsidized by the Govt but now must make it's own ends meet. Decor was great, brand new unlike many of the places in the square. Good biers on tap, and the salmon tartar I had was really delicious. They have a mint-like non-traditional tiramisu type dessert that was awesome. The chef came out and talked about both dishes whic was cool. I'll definitely be going back next time I travel to BoZ!

We ordered the buffalo mozzarella and oysters as starters, and both were tasty but nothing special. They serve the mozzarella atop green heirloom tomatoes, which was an interesting choice. The ravioli was tasty and stuffed with lobster, but they only give you two large pieces so it may not be enough for a main if you have a big appetite. My husband loved his ossobuco, which came with a side dish packed full of tagliatelle - way more filling than mine. For desert, we shared the tiramisu and the gelato with warm chocolate sauce.
