He admitted that he puts thawed meats back into the freezer at the end of each night when they're not used and I don't believe he has any training or knowledge of food safety. My GF is from Hong Kong and has worked in takeaways before and knows the dangers of doing this. I would recomment you stay well away from this place unless you want to contract E.Coli.

She came back around 20 minutes later and took the remaining drinks order, and we corrected her that it was a bottle of wine and 3 glasses, not just 3 glasses of wine. So she says that my mistake is on the house, and then she comes back and says we will charge you for 2 glasses. She took our order, and we had to say it so many times for her to get it right. Well, as that was going on, there were lots of kids running around and causing a lot of noise It took 45 minutes for 4 starters to come out. My mum asked 9 different times for a jug of water, and eventually, the server brought over 2 little tea pots of water and said this was all we had left. They were there's was bit floating in them. We started with calamari, crispy orange chicken and honey prawns. All of our appetizers were delicious and delivered to the table hot and fresh. My favorite was the Honey Prawns ($7.50) The prawns were encased in a delicious bread coating and deep fried. Almost like a corn dog but much better. When it was time for ordering our entrees one of the owners of the restaurant suggested that I change my order from Sesame Chicken to Mala Chicken ($15.50) with fried rice. ($3.50) Mala Chicken is chicken in a hot numbing sauce. The sauce is made with Sichuanese peppercorn, chili peppers and several spices that are simmered in oil.
