I explained to him what I wanted and even pointed out my neighbors yard and told him I wanted it exactly like theirs. He promised he would get it done and we wouldn't be disappointed. We were and still are highly disappointed. The cement that he poured was uneven and literally crumbled and cracked the day after he took off the moldings, the turf was bumpy, uneven, and had no defined border making it look extremely messy (he had told me he was going to put a border but he "forgot") and the rocks were just average. He took our money and did not come through with what he said he would do. I also want to point out that the business is not registered in the city of El Paso nor does the owner have a general contracting license. Do not hire him.

I thought it was torn landscaping paper and took a good look before I went to pick it up. It was something tiny and moving! It was trying to burrow into the crevice of the gate. I immediately called ProTech and they arrived within 20 minutes- it was 6:30 PM on a Saturday night! They removed the creature and told me that it was a Brown Mexican Bat and that it was rabid as determined by its actions. Yes, this pest control visit was costly but if my little dog, Luciano, went out there and decided to play with it, or if it bit me (I am always in flip flops and open toe shoes right now) it would have been a night mare. However, once we spoke to Rolando, we knew we had the guy we wanted and could trust. He beat everyone's price ($3500) and gave us an EXTRAORDINARY AWESOME and AMAZING backyard that my wife (brought her to tears) and I love and will enjoy for years to come! Juancarlos, Martin, Julio, and Fidel were ALL OUTSTANDING in their work, as was Rolando, even though he went back and forth from his other jobs around the city! He met with my wife at Lowe's, so she could pick out the pavers and planter bricks she wanted, then he loaded them into his truck and brought them to our house! They arrived by 8:00 on Friday and Saturday, and were done by 4:00 on Saturday, like Rolando promised. We had our doubts, but he and his crew proved us wrong.
