I personally have never used them however, my mother, who is elderly and lives alone, recently…read morehired them to come and cut down a dead tree on her lot and leave the discarded stumps on the back of her property behind her lawn for a set fee. They cut the trees down, literally into just a couple of pieces, and left them in her backyard. When she called to ask when they would come and remove them, they did not return her calls...until she called her homeowners association in treasure Lake. The owner finally called her back and said if she wanted the stumps moved to the back of her yard, it would be an additional $500. Being elderly and nowhere else to turn, she had no choice, but to pay the money. I don't believe this is an honest way to business and am disappointed that they would take advantage of a person like this.
