I don't know how they can make something so simple as a mushroom and dumpling soup taste so amazing but I hope they never stop. After the 9 hour fight from the US to Poland the counter begins on how long it's going to take me to get this soup from here. I'm kind of obsessed. Toruń is an absolutely beautiful city and I could days just walking around and seeing the sights and history and it's only made better knowing I can veer off the main drag and have an amazing meal here.
