We settled in to the Traveler's Suite and then had a great time on the town based on his recommendations. Our room had been ready when we arrived at 2:30pm, even though check-in isn't until 4-6pm. An 11am check-out is appreciated, as other places can be earlier. The entire home is well decorated. The owners had to start from scratch when they bought it in '08 because the previous owners sold everything in the house and left it empty. They've done an amazing job at recreating a historical and luxurious atmosphere. The photos don't do it justice. A comfortable bed with super soft sheets, a flat screen TV, wireless internet, air conditioning and home-made cookies at your disposal are total bonuses. I would stay here even if these amenities and treats weren't available. They were kind enough to put a shower in the claw foot tub in our bathroom, as the general population is a little too spoiled and in a rush to think of just bathing these days. Noise from other guests was not an issue. We were served blueberry pancakes, bacon and fruit for breakfast, which were delicious. I'm always in fear of being served bad coffee, but they get a thumbs up for this too. Our cook for the day, who was filling in, did a great job and was very friendly as well. The exterior and property may need some maintenance, but I think they are slowly working on this. From what I could tell, the interior is impeccable. My spouse and I wanted to stay two nights but the Mansion was booked solid. It would be a riot to return with a group of friends. I'd recommend this place to anyone. It's worth every penny and you certainly don't meet cool people at a breakfast table when staying in a hotel.

That should be a minor point, but they are literally that bad. On what's supposed to be the happiest day of your life, you still have to go to the bathroom, and here they are 1) far away from the actual venue (so far that you might not make it in time) and 2) atrocious. I only have experience from the men's side, but I've heard from the women in the group that they had it the same, if not worse. The locks on the stalls are non existent or falling off. There's mold on the toilets which are disgusting inside and out. There's no supplies for once you've done your business. The whole place looks like it gets a dusting and a single new roll of paper once a month, then is forgotten. There's obviously no dedicated maintenance. And this is supposed to be a premium venue, mind you. I'd rather hit up the restroom in a McDonalds.

I also over heard him giving a new to fly fishing person some wonderful advice. He opens the shop at 6am with coffee ready. There is a grocery store right next door, too, if you are need of something more. The fly shop was well stocked with anything the traveling angler might need last minute. Also a great selection of Patagonia gear, rods, and branded merchandise. I would like to stay here again. Much better than the hectic city of Great Falls. Has the relaxing, comfortable feel of a small town.

Absolutely wonderful motel! We were in between houses (moving) and needed a weekend stay with our…read moretwo cats and one dog. The staff were very accommodating and were so helpful. The motel is in a small fly fishing town called Cascade. Our stay was quiet and comfortable. The spacious room was perfect and peaceful. Our room had two queen beds, two comfortable recliners, a wood table with two chairs, microwave, mini refrigerator, walk in shower with the usual shampoo, conditioner and soap packets. I'm tall and have rheumatoid arthritis so the knee's aren't too excited about bending sometimes so the taller toilet was great for me. They offer a single serve coffee maker (k-cups) with yummy flavored coffee! Flavored coffee..that's not something I've ever had offered to me before in any brand hotel. They also offer a snack bar in each room along with some water and gatorade with an ask for donations so they can continue to offer it for other guests. We loved this! Of course we will donate! Who doesn't need a snack when the store is closed late at night. Here you can get one! The parking spots are big! No door dings at this place! We liked this too! Park right up at your door for easy unloading. The parking lot is big so if you have a trailer or boat there's more than enough room for it. All in all this motel is superb! We will absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to everyone we know. The big chain hotels could really learn a thing from this motel. Thanks for the great stay!

They do allow pets so I was worried my allergies would act up but I didn't have a problem at all since it was clean and well kept. I will definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that there was more bugs outside than I'm used to but I'm from spoiled California so take that with a grain of salt.
