Great farm, especially in the Fall with Halloween & Thanksgiving. Farm animals are great & the stand is a lot of fun.

This year is a fantastic year at Manfredi farms. We see a beautiful display of pumpkins and wonderful assortment of farm animals to feed and interact with as well as lots of different great farm activities for kids and adults of all ages. I would recommend the farm as one of the best overall for activities and food in southern Rhode Island prices are very reasonable, with a wonderful assortment of great things to do in a small place right up the road from the Westerly beaches. The offer home baked items, many canned items and great pumpkins. It doesn't take much to make anybody happy here at Manfredi farm. read more

I drive by twice a day...once in the morning and again at night. I used to be a regular customer despite the high prices. But no more. No explanation needed. It's the "Trump Won" flag and the large round hay bails disparaging our current president, Mr. Joseph Biden. At least the American flag is raised higher than the "Trump Won" flag...that's proper flag etiquette, although the American flag is not lowered at night. That's improper. What a wonderful little roadside attraction. We took the family where today and everyone loved it. They have goats, chickens, donkeys, sheep, ducks, geese and I'm sure more. The animals seem very well cared for and they are double fenced in for safety. You can go into the store and purchase hay, peanuts, or corn to feed them. Highly recommended. read more

Staff are rude and unprofessional. I was verbally berated for wearing a mask. The produce was overpriced and had bruises and spots of mold on it. I won't be returning back there again. read more

Our favorite place to visit with our toddler. He enjoys feeding the animals and their produce stand is great. We get our local honey there as well. You can also buy snacks in the little shop to feed the animals. read more

Went today with the kids, had a great time feeding the animals. While looking around the grouchy old man that works there or owns it or whatever, came to us to ask why we were wearing masks and then said we are wasting our time (by wearing them), I replied "Yes, we surely are wasting our time by coming to your establishment". Keep your options and rude comments to yourself if you'd like people to recomend your business. read more

This is a great place to take your children for a chance to feed the animals. They have donkeys, goats, sheep & roosters that are always eager to be fed. You can bring your own food (they have a list of what's appropriate for the animal's diets) or you can use their feed machines at a quarter a pop. However, they don't seem to keep consistent hours. Sometimes on a perfectly nice day the gates are locked so you have to feed the animals from the main road. In warmer weather (& the fall) they even have a shop where you can buy local produce. We got our pumpkins there this past fall. read more

Miserable experience. Went with my daughter to do the sunflower picking. This place has doubled their price and seriously limited the amount you can pick for the increased price. None of which would have been a deal breaker. The single star which would be a zero if possible is due to the sour manner in which the "manager" Heather (?) Manfredi responded to my request to leave the glass jar that they apparently now require everyone with walk around holding out in the field. Traipsing over roots and uneven terrain is unsafe in the best circumstances. In my case I was there with my daughter who has mobility challenges and needs assistance when walking on uneven ground. Ms. Manfredi couldn't seem to absorb that I wasn't trying to break her rules so much as ask for an accommodation so that I felt I could manage my daughter as needed out in the field. After I finally asked if she was actually denying us the opportunity to participate based on my daughters needs, she begrudgingly said well you have to bring it as far as some certain spot and then said someone would bring it, but at that point I had no interest in giving a cent to her establishment. What started out as a nice mom and daughter day was temporarily dampened by her miserable manner. Why they would want people out in the fields with glass is beyond me and sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. In the end we went to Clark Farm and had a wonderful experience as we always do there. My advice, do NOT waste your time at Manfredi, they've never been pleasant in general but after this experience I will never return and would advise no one else to bother with them. read more

This place is awful. My 4 year old was looking at the tomatoes, with me, and the owner (old man, glasses) came over to yell at him, telling him to put the tomatoes down. My son was not man handling them. Flustered, I paid and left. My husband returned with the tomatoes and to tell him to not yell at women or children. The man and his son yelled at my husband and the old man even pushed him. My husband left with them yelling and cursing him all the way to the car. There were other customers and children around. There are many nice farms in the area, take your business someplace else. read more

We have been going here for YEARS. This year we've been disappointed. Web says hours are 9-7. Arrived at 6:45pm one evening and girl was locking the gate. Told her all we wanted was a container of blueberries. "Well, I was told to close it" said she. Next morning arrived at 9:10am (still craving blueberries for pancakes), but now they've changed their hours to 10-7. I guess it's VERY hard to update a website... They notably aren't all that friendly at the checkout. It's really too bad. Their corn is pretty darn good but overpriced. The blueberry bushes have not been well cared for -choking vine weeds have been allowed to climb all over 'em. In fact, not open to the public for picking this year. read more

Never have had a problem with any produce from them. We definitely also try to stock up in the winter on their sauce, it is so good!

Love the place. Richard is a great owner and very helpful when asking questions in regards to the different produce they have. The specialty sauces and organic honey is fantastic also! What I love most is not only do they provide produce and fruits, but also a great picnic area and Farmers Golf! I don't believe you can play Farmers Golf anywhere in the U.S.A. besides at Manfredi Farm's! read more
