Ordered a thin crust with pepperoni, onion, green pepper, and extra sauce. Really solid pizza. Next time I'm going to do well done and it will be perfect perfection.

Tried Mangia Napoli's rigatoni pistachio pesto pasta at Little Italy Fest and it was really good! The pistachio pesto was creamy and flavorful with a unique twist on traditional pesto. I wish they had a downtown Chicago location so I could grab this more often.

Lasagna with meat and cheese is a Thursday special.

This restaurant is exceptional. They take pride in the entrées they serve. The staff is very focused and hard-working. It's a family run business. And they have perfected many signature items. They run promotional pricing for carry out every day of the week. I love the lasagna on Thursday. The owner personally makes an Oreo cheesecake that is outstanding for dessert items and the pizza is good. The appetizers are good soup salad and a great place to go have a super meal and reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place. It's casual dinning and I love the food.

Veal Vesuvius

What a find close to O'hare airport. This is a great little family run Italian gem. Outstanding service at the bar and all scratch made classic Italian food made for a wonderful meal. Had the Veal Vesuvius and it was delicious. The sauce had a great flavor highlighted by the fresh rosemary and buttery flavor. The Veal was cooked perfectly with a very light breading. If you are near Ohare this beat airport food 100 times over!!!

Decent cracker pizza if you're in the area. Won't be upset with an order for delivery.

Great family-owned, home cooked Italian food with a taste of Naples. The namesake signature dish is the best!

The service here is fine. The food is mediocre *at best*…read more I ordered their "abruzzese" pasta. A relatively simple dish that no legitimate Italian restaurant should be messing up. It's tomato sauce with sliced sausage. It arrived, and I was met with pure disappointment. Dry pasta, with very little red sauce that also seemed dried out, except for the puddle oil at the bottom of the bowl. The sausage was way too salty, also dry with a grainy texture. My dinner was absolutely terrible. The members of our party who ordered the dover sole felt it was simply mediocre. And the calamari appetizer was a bit skimpy on the portion. To top it all off, the markup on wine is insane. We left feeling ripped off. My wife and I will not be returning by choice.

I was told in advance that this is authentic Italian food in an authentic Italian neighborhood with authentic Italian people serving in the restaurant !! yes it was!! Chicago style all 100% true !!Now being a native and born in Chicagoland area my whole life never knowing about this restaurant and trying it for the first time with some clients was superb. The ambience was Krystal clean. Service was flipping fantastic and the pizza outstanding thin crust is what they're known for highly recommend keeping it Simple with cheese and sausage !! (as in the picture ) Now the service was top notch ...So Chicagoians..make your drive out to Elmhurst and enjoy. I will be back there again. Cheers.

Great pizza and cold beer!!…read more Great environment. Chill vibes. The bartender working on April 10, 2026 was very friendly and helpful with suggestions.

After getting my haircut from my barber in Hillside, I ordered from Q's Restaurant & Pizzeria…read moreonline via Uber Eats pickup. Q's has had my interest since discovering it sometime ago while in search of "pizza". At the time of my discovery, its 4.6 rating out of (120+) was the assurance I needed that I would have a quality experience, plus an endorsement from my barber. Looking through the menu, I took interest in items like the baked tilapia, eggplant sandwich, eggplant parmigiana, shrimp alfredo, pasta with broccoli sauce, and their pizza of course! Out of all, I ended up ordering their eggplant sandwich, which came with a side of crinkle cut fries. Whether it be Grubhub or Uber Eats, I love ordering online because it is convenient. Most of the time my orders are completed upon my arrival or near complete. By the time I arrived at Q's Restaurant & Pizzeria my order was waiting behind the counter during this ordering experience. Picking up was just confirming my name, ordering platform, and I was well on my way. I am grateful to have had a smooth online ordering experience because the likelihood of me ordering online again at the location is very high. As for my order, the eggplant sandwich smelled so wonderful once I got inside my vehicle and got my first whiff of it. It was then that I realized I had a 12.7-mile drive back to my residence in Chicago. If there was any time I would have loved for someone to take the wheel of my vehicle, it would have been that moment so that I could enjoy my eggplant sandwich. I was pleased to see the generous portions given of the eggplant sandwich and crinkle cut fries once I opened the styrofoam container. Oh my was it delicious! I will say this! Eggplant sandwiches taste better than the name appears if you have not had one before. I am quite positive that I will order it again as time goes by because it sure was satisfying. So satisfying and filling that I did not have any room for the crinkle cut fries, which I barely touched and ended up eating the following day. If you are looking for something to order on the menu at Q's Restaurant & Pizzeria, I recommend the eggplant sandwich because you will not be let down. In closing I had a good experience as I have indicated in this review of Q's Restaurant & Pizzeria. I could surely see myself ordering from again off-and-on when I am in the area likely for a haircut. And as it was introduced to me via Uber Eats, I share my endorsement of it as well with you all on yelp. Came here for dinner with some friends and had a really nice experience overall…read more Our waiter was very attentive and informative, which always makes a difference. I started with the Solstice Spritz -- he mentioned it was on the sweeter side, and it honestly had the perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness. Not overly sugary, just really well done. For an appetizer, we got the best (in my opinion), the wild mushroom toast. This location uses softer bread compared to others, and the appetizer had a slight kick to it that made it even better. Definitely a standout dish. I also tried the espresso martini, which was made with Baileys. It was strong but good -- smooth with that rich espresso flavor coming through. For my entrée, I had the butternut squash risotto. It was okay, but I felt like it could've used a bit more sauce or an extra layer of flavor. I ended up adding more parmesan, which helped elevate it a little. The inside of this location is really nice -- different from the other locations I've been to, but in a good way. The ambiance definitely added to the experience.
