We had an excellent time at Mango Hill paintball yesterday. I was especially impressed at how professional the whole outfit is. They're a family-run business, but the equipment is all top-notch, the course is well-built, and safety is obviously number one. There was a group of kids doing the laser skirmish on the other course, and they looked like they were having the time of their lives.
The price is pretty good. $8 for entry and $15 for 100 paintballs, so basically $23 for the day (you can buy more ammo; they have a bunch of upgrade options). We started playing around 2:30pm, and then played several 30-minute games. There's no limit, so they were happy to let us keep playing until everyone was out of ammo or until it starts to get dark. They don't have nighttime paintball.
As a side note, if you play conservatively, 100 paintballs should last you about 3 or maybe 4 games. If you want to shoot em up, you'll probably need more. Also, it gets very hot inside the coveralls they give you to wear, especially in the Sept-May months. If you have some old clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, you might want to just wear them instead. read more
