The owner refusing to fix the bike because of my attitude, well how would you feel if you bought a knew bike which keeps breaking down. I been told I got to spend my own money to fix the bike when it's under warranty. I be paying regular visits on my days off now , my house is sold now and have plenty of time to warn customer about this cowboy franchise who sells faulty motorbikes and has the cheek to laugh at the customer when the customer rings up explaining about the broken motorbike . This is a civil matter and not a police matter .

This has necessitated removal of the Gearbox and Overdrive unit, incurring very considerablt Labour and parts costs. I contacted Overdrive Repair Service and even though the Overdrive unit is technically out of Warranty ( but proven low mileage since Overdrive unit fitted) the Company could not have been more sympathetic and helpful with new parts and a contribution towards the Labour cost. As such ORS have been exemplary in its sympathetic effort to help and reduce my inconvenience and costs, i.e. showing a real desire to offer the best possible after Sales Service, despite the fault being completely out of its control and not in any way due to faulty workmanship. i.e. Failure due to a faulty component. After connecting to the cars systems to diagnose any faults the car was hooked up to the carbon cleaning machine. The whole process took about an hour from start to finish. Once behind the wheel the car immediately felt more responsive in both low and high gears with significantly less rattles coming from the engine especially upon start up from cold. The warning lights eventually disappeared once the system adapted to the clean. Total cost was £79 which is very competative compared to similar businesses offering this service. I will have no hesitation what so ever in having another clean with Mr Carbon Clean in 6-12 months time and would recommend to anyone to have it done from a preventative maintenance or performance perspective as it is significantly cheaper than the labour needed to replace damaged engine parts further down the line.

I asked to guys to fit some new headlight units that I had sourced from the internet to my Nissan…read morePathfinder. The price quoted on the phone was reasonable, and cheaper than most of the others that I sought. A few hours after dropping the vehicle off, I was contacted by the garage to let me know that they were having trouble fitting the units. They had also been proactive and been in contact with the company that I had bought the units from to seek advice. Unfortunately, the units were not compatible with the vehicle (not the garages fault - this was a listing error by the internet seller). The guys put back the old lights and left the vehicle in exactly the same way that it was when I dropped it off. Although they still carried out virtually the same amount of work, they charged me a small proportion of the quoted price, which I felt was brilliant customer service and very honest of them. I would not hesitate to use them again.
