We decided to stop in here from a recommendation from our son-in-law since it was so close to Garden of the gods. There is public parking across the street and it was $6.99 for two hours. Cute interior! They do warn you the kitchen is very small and it will take some time to make good food, so be prepared to be patient. We ordered a hummus tray as we were starving and that came out quickly and was tasty. It does come with hummus and tzatziki sauce. My husband ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and he said it was very tasty and the coleslaw was excellent as well I ordered the Southwest quinoa salad with added grilled chicken, I did ask for a 2nd serving of chimichurri sauce, and it was very tasty My niece had the veggie burger and she said it was very good- It was huge and she had to take half of it home. The craft beers were very tasty and I had a glass of wine as I'm not much of a beer drinker They do have a cute outdoor patio as well. Service was attentive, and if we were in the area would definitely be back. We were in town and looking for good beer and dinner. Stopped by and while outside seating was full, we were able to grab a table inside immediately. Our server was super helpful, patient and answered multiple questions. She was a bright spot! The Manitou Burger with cheese was good. It came with chips which were nice but I wish they had fries. Love all the sauces came on the side. My daughter ordered the plain white Mac and Cheese and while I liked it, she didn't like it all. It was too different of a flavor to make this work for most kids. The nachos are huge and queso was delicious. Enjoyed the beer. We wanted to sit outside but it was full. MLK weekend, late to lunch, too early for dinner. Here we are on one cold January day but super hungry, ready to eat a cow! Burger and beer specials are cheaper than Burger with coke. All of us were hungry after all day hiking and it is unfair to say how delicious our food was. We were so hungry, ready to eat the legs of the table. Every time we come the staff is so nice (no matter how busy they are and trust me they're busy A LOT)and the food is amazing, fresh and with good portions. Shoutout Megan Sam Meredith and Chelsea. Great playlist, super cool servers, and a delicious offering of food, including wings, fries, sandwiches and possibly the best baked pretzel bites I have ever tried! This was an awesome brewery located right on the Main Street and had ample indoor and outdoor seating. We opted to sit inside as it was a bit colder and less fresh. Their swimming in strawberries nitro blonde is very delicious and I highly recommend it. It's a different style of beer than I'm usually a fan of but it was so light and easy to drink. We ordered some wings and traditional pretzels bites as a quick snack. The pretzel bites are phenomenal and pair great with their jalapeño queso dip. The Cajun dry rub wings were also great. The chicken itself was crisp on the outside and moist and tender inside. The rub had a great salty and sweet and kick to it in flavor. Service was a bit slower as it seemed they only had one person behind the bar and two people floating taking orders. But it was good service nonetheless. read more

It was a beautiful evening and we wanted to sit outside and enjoy a beer and some dinner. We ended up at Manitou Brewing. The patio is along the side of the building so there is no people watching. That's ok. We were waited on immediately and had beers in hand in less than 5 minutes. I had the beer brat while my husband had the veggie bleu bliss salad. Absolutely no doubt that the brat was braised in beer. It was definitely heavy on the bread, a little light on toppings but it was still good. The slaw left something to be desired though the option of chips was a cop out for a side. My husband did enjoy his salad. Would we be back? Definitely for a beer, doubtful for a meal. read more

Second time here without the dog, so we again sat inside on a busy Saturday afternoon. Lots of dark beers, so we got the flight to start. Our flight included: * A-Frame Amber Ale * Pumpkin Ale * Nightbird Porter * Burro Barn Brown Ale * Irish Nitro Stout My wife liked the Amber but didn't care for any of the others. I liked the Pumpkin Ale and Porter the best. The Brown Ale was fine, and the Amber was ok too. Didn't like the Irish nitro stout. Last time we were here, we both really liked the quinoa burger. Sad it's not on the menu anymore, we had to pivot and ended up with regular burgers. I had the Incline Burger, while my wife had the MBC Burger. We both enjoyed the burgers and fries. I went with the truffle fries, which were yummy. Service was certainly prompt enough, but she seemed rushed while helping us, so we felt a little rushed and stressed while she waited for us to order or answer her questions. Great experience at Manitou Brewing. We went around 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. We had no problem getting a table for 6. They have a good drink selection- I ordered the Into the Juice Hazy- I definitely recommend. For my meal I ordered the buffalo wings and the poached pear salad. My daughter ordered the mac n cheese (plain). Everything was really good especially my salad! Our waitress was great! She came back to our table several times. Everything was reasonably priced. They like peeled all of the brussel sprouts so it was 80% brussel sprout chips and 20% actual brussel sprouts. Overall everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. Service was fast and she checked on us a lot. In my opinion our waitress was great and really sweet. It the other end of the table had not the best experience with her and mentioned that she came off rude a couple of times. She was a bit snappy with them but I didn't really notice. Visited a friend in Colorado and we headed to Manitou Brewing Company after a day of hitting the sand dunes. I've heard good things about this spot as someone else had recommended it as a stop. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, we chose to sit outside. We were starved so we only thought about ordering food. Our waitress was silly, joking about us coming to a brewery and not ordering any drinks. It was a good laugh. The staff we encountered here were all friendly and kind. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, while my friend ordered the wings. These meals were just what we needed on our way home. I love me a good bbq flavored anything and this sandwich did not disappoint. They have an awning for outdoor seating, which came in handy when it started to lightly rain and then pour.
