Another cool spot in manitou springs. Nice patio. Prepare for it to be super busy no matter the day so it can get pretty crowded. Service was amazing & super fast. None of the beers blew me away but they were all good!

My baby bro and I liked the nice vibe indoors.

We had a fun time here on our visit to Manitou Springs. Small area inside, but our party of five were seated right away on a Wednesday afternoon. Great playlist, super cool servers, and a delicious offering of food, including wings, fries, sandwiches and possibly the best baked pretzel bites I have ever tried! The strawberry milkshake and dry cider were my favorite beverages. Good IPA offerings too. We liked the pretzels so much, we ordered a second round, but lastly tried the savory version with honey drizzle. Clean and spacious unisex restrooms available for customers and dog friendly outside patio seating.

Sat on the patio with family after some sight seeing around town. Service was prompt, food was good and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Waitress went above and beyond with attention.

We stayed in Manitou Springs right next to this restaurant. Every day we could smell the delicious aromas from our balcony. Finally we gave in and walked over for a burger and a beer. We were not disappointed. This was THE BEST burger I ever had. It was cooked a perfect medium and melted in your mouth. The salad was amazing too. It was fresh, crisp, and there was no iceberg. (I hate iceberg). Staff was fun and informative about the local area. When I come back to this area I will be eating here again.

This was an awesome brewery located right on the Main Street and had ample indoor and outdoor seating. We opted to sit inside as it was a bit colder and less fresh. Their swimming in strawberries nitro blonde is very delicious and I highly recommend it. It's a different style of beer than I'm usually a fan of but it was so light and easy to drink. We ordered some wings and traditional pretzels bites as a quick snack. The pretzel bites are phenomenal and pair great with their jalapeño queso dip. The Cajun dry rub wings were also great. The chicken itself was crisp on the outside and moist and tender inside. The rub had a great salty and sweet and kick to it in flavor. Service was a bit slower as it seemed they only had one person behind the bar and two people floating taking orders. But it was good service nonetheless.

It was a beautiful evening and we wanted to sit outside and enjoy a beer and some dinner. We ended up at Manitou Brewing. The patio is along the side of the building so there is no people watching. That's ok. We were waited on immediately and had beers in hand in less than 5 minutes. I had the beer brat while my husband had the veggie bleu bliss salad. Absolutely no doubt that the brat was braised in beer. It was definitely heavy on the bread, a little light on toppings but it was still good. The slaw left something to be desired though the option of chips was a cop out for a side. My husband did enjoy his salad. Would we be back? Definitely for a beer, doubtful for a meal.

Incline burger home pickles and flight

Every time we come the staff is so nice (no matter how busy they are and trust me they're busy A LOT)and the food is amazing, fresh and with good portions. Shoutout Megan Sam Meredith and Chelsea. Don't skip the truffle fries and get a flight if you can. They make a lot of small Batch beers so there is a good chance you might miss the flavor next time. Chill casual environment 10/10 recommend.

We stopped here for lunch after browsing all the towns little shops. We started out with the hummus and pita with vegetables. It was so good we had to order more. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with Swiss cheese. So good! Lots of craft brews. Our server was great with the suggestions too because I'm not a craft beer aficionado. Perfect light craft beer with my sandwich!

Second time here without the dog, so we again sat inside on a busy Saturday afternoon. Lots of dark beers, so we got the flight to start. Our flight included: * A-Frame Amber Ale * Pumpkin Ale * Nightbird Porter * Burro Barn Brown Ale * Irish Nitro Stout My wife liked the Amber but didn't care for any of the others. I liked the Pumpkin Ale and Porter the best. The Brown Ale was fine, and the Amber was ok too. Didn't like the Irish nitro stout. Last time we were here, we both really liked the quinoa burger. Sad it's not on the menu anymore, we had to pivot and ended up with regular burgers. I had the Incline Burger, while my wife had the MBC Burger. We both enjoyed the burgers and fries. I went with the truffle fries, which were yummy. Service was certainly prompt enough, but she seemed rushed while helping us, so we felt a little rushed and stressed while she waited for us to order or answer her questions. I'm sure we'll be back next time we're in Manitou.

Recently stopped by as tourist to grab a quick snack and some beers. Not disappointed at all this place had a decent variety of bruise and some good food to go along with it. Very cozy location...we felt right at home!

Fantastic food and a small patio for dining with my canines. Bronco burger and salad are delicious. Service is great.

Chill vibes, the patio seating looked nice but it was a lil chilly so we sat inside. I tried a flight of beer and the hubby had 2 different pints. Service was quick, fast and very friendly. Yes, eat the truffle fries, they were to die for, but def for sharing! Burgers were scrumptious, juicy yums!!!!

Cozy brewery located in manitou springs. The owner was very charming. Wish we were hungry enough to try the food, but had just eaten prior to our visit. We tried all of the beers that were recommended and I ended up getting a glass of my favorite one which was the two cats orange creamsicle.

You are in for a great time!

I've seen that it's dog friendly; is it?

Our patio is dog friendly. Since we serve food, due to health department code, only licensed service animals are allowed inside the restaurant.

The slaw was a little bland but I loved the dipping sauce and adding malt vinegar and fresh lemon juice to the fish and fries was yummy. Food was good. Service was great. Not too crowded nor noisy for lunch hour around 1:00. The friends I was with said their food was great and their ale/beer was great. (Don't ask me, I have no clues!) lol

The food was totally average, and my burger wasn't anything to rave about. The beer was fine. I liked what I ordered, which was some kind of West Coast IPA. The burger had cream cheese mixed with chiles, or something, but it read better than it ate, and the cream cheese layer was too thick, so it was messy and kept coming apart. I don't think they should do less, but maybe spread it thinner on both sides if that helps? And needs more seasoning to it. The guacamole burger had better flavor that my friend and I split each so we could try both. The Brussels sprouts side I chose were HORRIBLE. The worst I've had anywhere. I don't know how they got messed up, but they weren't cooked right and didn't taste appealing. I barely ate them, but the server said nothing and didn't offer to remove the upcharge it was for them. I think she should have noticed and asked me, and that's what I would've done is remove that upcharge if I were serving again. She was a good server, though. It's hard to pay attention, but the good ones do and don't take offense about it. And the sweet potato fries were terribly soggy, limp, cold. Ick. Fries should have a crispiness to them! It's cool they have a happy hour, so I'd def check that out ito see f it works for your schedule to save a few bucks.

We got the tofu banmi with corn salad and the corn salad was a nice mixture of spices, textures, and creaminess. The service was good as well. There was a good repuar and they checked in often even with an event going on. The banmi itself was just decent. I liked the smokiness of the tofu and the sharp tang of the veggies but there was not much texture on most of it. The bread and tofu could have used a bit of a grill or fry. The downstairs atmosphere wasnt really our thing. It was pretty bright with tones of seating pretty close and some odd decor. It wasnt bad, but just not our thing.

The selling point is the rooftop, which I've only seen through photos. The night I visited was fairly cool out, so even though they had the garage doors open, they ended up closing them to keep warm. The downstairs taproom is a good size, open floor plan with plenty of seating for all types of crowds. Brown ales were calling and you better believe I answered the call! I tried both the Leroy Brown Ale and Knight Rider Stout. These were enjoyable sippers and I cozied up at the bar. Green Chili Bier Cheese Soup ($7.00/Cup$9.00/Bowl) // A classic bier cheese soup with green chilis. A great idea in theory. In execution, this wasn't good and I don't say that lightly. I could picture Gordon Ramsay spitting it out. I couldn't even finish it, and mom always taught me to finish my food. I was hoping this would warm me up on a cool evening. Stay away and hopefully their other menu items are better! If the circumstances were right I could see myself returning. But IMO there are better options in the area for food and beer!
