Fresh ginger gives it some kick, and the paneer was perfect, The malai kofta opted for just two fried dough balls, much larger than normal and very tender in the center. The waiter and the cook understood my order and respected my request to have something NOT spicy. I love Indian food but normally it's so spicy that I can't finish it, and it's rare to find a place that serves wonderful food that doesn't burn my mouth. I had the Chana Masala and it was GREAT! The samosas were wonderful, too. I would also recommend the chai tea and the fluffy, hollow bread thing (I can't remember what it was called, so ask). The waiters were really friendly and seemed happy to have customers in the restaurant, which is refreshing to find here in Germany. I just saw that they also deliver, which is why the phone was ringing so often. The ladies room was clean and had new tiles and fixtures, so I assume the men's room was also clean. I would recommend coming by bus, bike, or taxi because it's so far away from the city center.
