I arranged everything online and quickly got a personal note back from the owner (who turned out to be our driver) to confirm the pickup details. Nigel showed up at our arranged spot at our arranged time and proved to be more tour guide than shuttle service. After he packed our group and loads of luggage into his roomy van, he headed for the airport. pointing out interesting sites and landmarks along the way.When we mentioned that we had hours to kill at the airport before our international flight, he suggested taking a leisurely route through Sydney's interesting neighborhoods, and along the coast to well-known beaches and hidden coves. By the time we arrived at the airport, Nigel had given us a not-in-the-guidebooks (complimentary) sightseeing tour that convinced me I must visit Australia again.
