What I love about this place is the amazing staff always on hand to help at a seconds notice. Cheye is always looking out to change it up by introducing the latest classes - Shockwave being the newest. Les Mils GRIT will be coming in the next couple of months - can't wait !!! But they've still managed to maintain a decent customer base because I go at all hours and there's always at least 1 or 2 others. I think the most attractive feature about this gym (not for me) are the plated and weighted sections. They have dedicated bench presses. I'm not entirely sure what that means but apparently the other two nearby 24/7hr gyms don't have them. There's a crossfit room of some sorts also. The cardio area is pretty basic about 6/7 treadmills, 2 ellipticals & 3 bikes. The main focus seems to be on weights and lots of it. So coincidentally this gym is most frequented by the male population. I rarely see my fellow sisterhood but hey who cares. In the end it works for me because it's 2 mins walk away.

I stopped in every morning while in Sydney and Matthew, the shorter cute dirty blonde helped me with a day pass each time. He's friendly and helpful. I appreciated that he gave me a quick rundown of the facility on my first visit. It's a large facility on three floors. I also visited the Oxford Street location, but the service there is lacking compared to Bond Street. Plus, Bond is much larger. Know that Bond is closed on the weekend. My membership was over more than 2 months ago. I have been trying to cancel it and they just keep charging me. I have wasted more than 10 hours talking with them, they have the same response that they will escalate this to the customer service and return within 5 business days. The customer service is prompt and quite impressive. You could sign up for the gym on a weekly basis and cancel anytime. They also have a range of classes like Zumba, Pilates, Spin, etc.. The classes looked like a fun way to lose weight but I didn't find time to stay for an hour after my workout. I love the fact that they are open on weekends too. Only negative I can think of is the Weights area. I don't do weights which is good as the section looked quite cramped and the equipment was quite close to each other.
