Submitted an application for a quote to fertilize my lawn. The application was approved and accepted. When they did not fertilize my lawn I called multiple times only to find out they did not cover my area for applications. service is poor and sloppy at best, have to constantly call and have them come back to do sidewalks and they stop about 2 to 4 feet in front of the garages so we end up shoveling that ourselves. they always have excuses and sometimes don't answer the phone. Using a tractor with a snowblower, and not having enough common sense to blow it towards the alleyway, instead of towards the property is bush league snow removal. They don't come back to do the sidewalks or door stoops after covering them in snow. Your company hit property and don't own up to it, who drives a tractor with the bucket fully raised. Ive done snow removal, and just happened to get a wake up with snow slamming into the side of the house. Train your crews better, or perhaps next time I will come outside and show them how to do it the right way. I used to do 90+ properties. The work that we pay for isn't done right at all. The manager Scott was very rude and had no respect for his customer! He sent three guys to pull weeds with bare hands and charged us with $800! When we went to his office, he refused to meet with us to straight things out. He stayed in his office, but gave instructions to the receptionist to send us away. We never asked him for referrals fee, instead he charged us additional $800 for a truck load of black dirt. This guy is not professional at all! read more

I requested to be skipped multiple times (which they confirmed I could do before I signed up), I received confirmation I was skipped, they showed up anyways and now they are billing me for it, too. i won't pay for services that I asked to not receive, especially since they confirmed I wouldn't be getting that service. read more
