Took my car for smog check didn't pass because my car engine was on, it happen to turn on right when I pulled in. The tech was very nice and hooked up the scanner and got the error code. It was so cheap I even left a $10 tip making it $40 - he was so kind I had to insist he keep the tip. The other 6 places in the area range from $40-$50 +$8.25 to send to DMV. Only con was that the waiting area was outside but I was there early enough in the morning so the weather wasn't too bad. It's one stall in a car wash so a little unusual but what a nice surprise. Arrived at closing time (5:30pm) and pulled right in. Jose was super pleasant. He completed the smog test in 10-15 minutes. The price was well below what I've been quoted elsewhere. Results were sent to the DMV. He gave me my paperwork and a coupon for a free car wash too. I'll go back for sure. read more

Fast quick smog check! If you have AAA membership just get your paperwork and take it in to get your registration! The guy was friendly, also came with a car wash so that was super nice! Make sure you wash your car fast, timer goes fast haha! My brother asked me to take his car for a smog check since I didn't have much plans for today. I was in the area running some errands and I really didn't know where to go for a smog. I haven't needed one for mine yet. So what do I do... Yelp! Manny's smog was recommended, but I honestly chose it over the others because of an awesome deal that was advertised. I called and spoke to Jose. He confirmed the price to me and even said I could get a free self car wash if the car passed smog. When I arrived I was a little confused as my navi brought me to a self car wash. I had to call again to confirm. So the smog check station is actually in one of the stalls of the car wash... the one furthest to the right. A little odd I thought at first as it wasn't at a shop, but I mean I'm not one to complain if the job gets completed. Jose was quick and I was out of there within minutes. No time at all. Don't quote me for the same price, but I got a steal at $30 out of the door. Maybe he can offer you the same price if you need a smog. There were two chairs to the side to wait, but I didn't need it at all. I got my paperwork the smog passed, paid, and I'm on the way. Now if only all my other errands could be done this quick.
