They give you very organized print outs of all financial information that you have done. They are great at doing payroll and if you are nearby you can actually pick up payroll checks via their drive thru window on the side of the building. Or they can same day deliver, or mail payroll to you or your business as needed. The location is kept very clean and professional looking and the employees have always been courteous and professional when I have dealt with them. They are also quick to find out tax info for you and to email you back. Their rates are reasonable for the time it saves you, and for the expertise and accuracy they offer, it's one less thing to deal with knowing they do it correctly for you. Soon as you are not at an assignment you are on your own-- regardless of if it was just yesterday. I worked with them for a year and had 3 assignments. It is important to realize that your (expensive) benefits are active until the week BEFORE your last work day. Not the week you recieve your last pay check. This company has cost me a lot of money due to HR's incompetence in communicating this fact. How can you offer someone that getting paid through a pay card would be easier but never give them the pay card. Completely unprofessional company, they "try" and hold themselves to a higher standard, but they make having a background check complicated. Almost EVERY company has you sign a paper that allows a background check, this place expects you to fill out any charges you've ever had. No one sits there and thinks about what all they've ever had, they will screw you over without anyway if resolving the situation. What company let's you start working without having all the information to your background? They will pull you straight out of a job as quickly as they put you in there. I've had multiple jobs through Aerotek and they've hired all new people with a new system now, I'd HIGHLY recommend not going to this place for a job.

I never heard back about an interview with them I left a message with Ali to tell her that I would be interested in another position they'd brought up while at my appointment with them and to put my hat in for both hoping at least one would come through and would be a job I could start soon I left two messages I have heard nothing in almost a week now and I'm very unhappy with them having scheduled me that appointment to come in were they asked me a multitude of questions and specific dates and things that they needed to know supposedly so that my resume would be sterling. It was a complete waste of time! They are the worst staffing agency I've ever encountered in my life. I went through them hoping to start work sooner than if I was just applying randomly online, hoping for a break. I kept at it and ended up finding a job on my own which came through much sooner than dealing with people who obviously don't care about their clients. This was my experience.
