They have some private rooms and a large open area. Lots of equipment. The therapists are well trained and easy to understand; they speak to me in a relatable way. I am forever grateful to Steve Moran and his PT professionals for how they have helped me to…read morerecover from injuries that I feared might lead me down the road to painkillers and surgery, and prevent me from being active. After a painful back injury that left me unable to walk, I was introduced to Crossroads. I had previously seen another PT but that was not helping, and I was growing despondent. On my first visit, Steve identified the injured region of my spine, performed some manipulations that lessened the pain, and gave me hope that he and his staff could help me to get active again without drugs or surgery. It took a while, but, day by day, week by week, I felt stronger as I went to my appointments and did my stretches at home. Each therapist has their own perspective and style, and each one, by doing their work on my body and teaching me how to take better care of my spine, contributed to the strengthening of my spine and an increase in my confidence and well-being. Fast forward a couple of years, and I twisted a knee. It seemed awfully slow to heal and, though braces allowed me to run a little, it didn't seem to get right, and I feared it was a ligament problem. Thinking again that I might be going down the road to medical intervention, I went back to Crossroads to see if they could do anything. The therapists found some tight leg and hip muscles, worked with me and gave me some exercises, and it began to get stronger and less painful within days. If I could afford it I would go every week to get my spine tuned up and learn new exercises to make my body stronger and more flexible. I have had only positive experiences at Crossroads. The facility is clean and well-maintained, the office staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the therapists are top-notch; knowledgeable, positive, and caring. In addition to the typical PT practice, they work with disabled children, and run a therapy program involving horses. I don't know much about that side of the operation, but I bring it up to show that Crossroads is both a successful business and a group of people who make the world a better place.

I have plantar fasciitis issues I couldn't walk without crutches for 4 days. I came in and provided treatment and therapy and within 2 days I was able to walk without crutches. He gave me the tools and exercises to recognize when it starts to flare up and exercises and techniques to mitigate and suppress it. Thanks Greg !

You get an email confirming the appointment and to set it in your calendar. Then you get a follow up email stating if you don't pay them $25, they will cancel your appointment. No prior disclosure. Do you think this would raise eyebrows with CT - how it protects the consumer. If you are forced to muscle $25 out of people because of cancelations, where do you think the problem lies? The worse thing about Running or any type of physical activity is potential for getting injured. It…read morejust comes with the territory. I admit that I have never been a fan of formalized physical therapy. To me it seemed like a waste of time and money. As a runner I knew what i needed to do to rehab myself and did not know what else formalized PT could do for me. Recently though I developed a nasty case of right hip tendonitis that refused to go away and so after much consideration I decided to bite the bullet and see if maybe formalized PT could "cure" me. It also helped that my running czar (Mark C) said "what do you have to lose". I have to say after going here for about a month I am happy to report that I am much better and although not "cured" I am on the road to recovery. All of the therapist's, especially Helen who has been working with me, have been extremely helpful and always have a positive attitude. After an initial assessment during my first appointment I was prescribed exercises do during my appointments and on my own. Whst has been even more more therapeutic has been the assisted stretching and massage that has helped immensely by really getting down to the trouble spots. I was concerned that I would be given the same exercises and left to my own devices BUT every time I have gone to an appointment and something changes for the better or worse my therapy program has also been modified. I feel that they treat me as a runner and are working not only to get me better but to run pain free It sucks getting hurt but I am glad that I went. I have learned some new things to add to my routine.

When it came time for PT on my right foot, 1 year later, there was no hesitation that I would go here. The staff is really good at what they do and all of them are the friendliest people you could meet. They remembered me a year later and treated me like Suburban Physical family.
