I should add - I called 4 minutes after our appointment was supposed to start and he 'stepped out of the office' for him to call back about 17 minutes after the meeting was supposed to start while I sat with major anxiety. So if I had gone in person, he wouldn't have even been there. Then, he didn't even listen to my case!! Said something about me wanting a case from 10,000 feet high? No dude, I was born disabled and have been fighting this on my own since 2009 and was referred to this abysmal agency. If I could give ZERO stars I would. They should specify that they only want easy imminent physical disabilities, else they have no time or care. He had an associate that seemed to have a decent personality, so despite the cluttered, filthy office, we proceeded. This began one of the worst experiences of my life. We paid around $5k to get treated worse than stray dogs. We needed a couple of amendments to our original claim. Croak barked at us and turned his back to us while he did us the favor of filing the necessary paperwork. We were talked down to, had phones and doors slammed on us. Faxes that were sent were ignored by the office until we called to see if they were received. I bit my tongue for years until we paid off what we owed, but we are out of this mess. This man has no personality, seems to dislike people and needs to hang it up. He also lost the associate that did have some people skills. I will credit him with one thing, I will never get myself into a bankruptcy situation again because of the inhumane treatment I received from this office. I would rather drive my car off a cliff. I'll end with a Seinfeldism....the jerk store called, they're running out of you.

These are verbatim words after he took my credit card details. I called back to calmly let him know I will be going to a different attorney, and he said "**** off" and hung up and blocked my number. I wish I was making this up but I am not. I haven't seen my credit card charged yet, but wouldn't be surprised if he tried to do that.
