Nice clean atmosphere very wide open with cool looking modernistic interior LED lights. I had chicken tikka masala. It was pretty good smaller chunks of chicken. The buffet looked pretty good.

Chicken Tikka Masala-lots of chicken and very flavorful

Usually order from here and everything is good. This last time was so annoying. I ordered thru Grubhub thru Yelp (which is the worst customer service btw) and the order was suppose to be ready by 12pm. My order said "ready to pickup" . We go there at 1225pm and they only start getting it ready and now we're still waiting for our order. So annoying and when I called Grubhub to complain they didn't do anything. Disappointed, now we're late for our event bc we're waiting on our order.

Exterior

I'm so glad they are back to having a lunch buffet. Sorely missed. Haven't eaten at this location since it became part of the Mantra chain several years ago. Remodeled since the last proprietors. Much more sterile and I guess modern but I missed the more Indian atmosphere. Restroom much nicer and cleaner. Menu for buffet was pretty good only missing a mixed curry vegetable Korma and tandoori chicken. No soup available. Came with Garlic naan. Flavors average but seems to rely on chili to make flavor. I'm a wimp when it comes to spiciness and I found a tad hot. Best item Chicken Tikka Masala. Good variety of desserts, including an Indian sweet treat, really needed bowls for these. Most items labeled. I liked that they brought a chilled glass bottle of water I could serve myself. Wish standard table setting included a knife, could have used one. Price reasonable for a Sunday buffet. I'd pay a few dollars more for the items I listed as missing. I'd go back here. 3.5 on the scale. Exterior needs work, weeds at entrance.

Service was delightful. Naan was amazing. Food was tasty. All you can eat... all good. Enjoy!

so yummy and flavorful!! inside is clean and spacious…read more i love their butter chicken, medium spice is perfect! their garlic naan and samosas are also a must try!! i also really enjoyed their mango lassi, not super sweet but not super tart, perfectly in the middle. i would definitely recommend if you're craving indian food!

My husband and I were in Corona yesterday and decided to try this place based on the reviews. I'm…read morenot lying when I say this, it was the BEST Indian food we've had on the west coast, EVER!!! We arrived when they first opened at 4:30, and initially I was concerned because I didn't feel the warm greeting others referenced in their reviews, I mean they weren't rude, but maybe just distracted because they'd just opened and were still putting out food for the buffet. We opted to order from the menu, and the young lady who took our ordered turned out to be very sweet. And OMG they didn't need to say a single word to me honestly (although they did warm up), that food spoke for itself. We ordered the Samosas, Chicken Saag, Shrimp Coconut Masala, Daal Mahkni, Garlic Naan, Basamati Rice, and Mango Lassi. I wish I'd taken photos. Everything was so fresh and the heat (medium for the shrimp and hot for the chicken) was perfectly balanced with the flavor of the food. My husband wasn't sure if he should go hot or medium but the Chef came out and overheard us trying to decide and he told us he'd hook it up...and he definitely did. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender enough that we could cut through it with a plastic spoon. The shrimp were also cooked to perfection. Not overcooked but also not undercooked...like the right in-between texture that paired well with the coconut masala sauce. The naan was soft and flavorful (I meant to order another one to go but forgot). And the Mango Lassi was absolutely delicious. My only regret is that they are an hour away from where we live so I won't be able to visit them as often as I'd like, but we will be back. And as we were preparing to leave the owner (I believe) stopped us and asked what we thought about the food. You can tell they really care about the food quality and they really are bringing top notch Indian cuisine, excellent portions, at a very fair price point. Three things hard to come by all at once in today's economy. I highly recommend this place, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Wow! I'm amazed at how good the food was…read more We started off with a mango lassi- a delicious mango and yogurt smoothie drink Food: Tika masala- medium spice. This was delightful and the right amount of spice for us. Delicious Tandoori chicken - it's my personal fave. It's got a nice grilled crispy layer on the outside and nice and juicy inside. The garlic naan was thin and crispy. Sooooo good Pakoras- wow. It was so good. I'll def be back and I have these to blame. Service was great. Fell in love with the inside - the walls are painted in pretty flowers. Overall such a great experience.

This is a small Mom and Pop Indian café located in the La Sierra neighborhood of Western Riverside,…read morenear La Sierra University. It has a very beautiful, artistic interior and clean look that makes a wonderful impression. The walls are painted in vibrant colors and designs. Even the bathroom is upgraded and gorgeous. They made a conscious effort to make their establishment very inviting. 5 stars for its upgrades in such a otherwise downy strip mall. We have tried several relatively new Indian restaurants in the past few months. The food, even when requested to be mild, had a bit more sting to it than I had hoped. That makes an impression that leads me to rate this as better than some, but not my favorite. First was an appetizer, a huge portion of Samosa Chaat. I was disappointed that the samosas were not particularly crisp after being smothered in the rich spicy gravy, chickpeas, and tamarind and mint sauces. It is a very pretty appetizer and very filling, but the overall spicy heat made it borderline inedible for me. Our second dish, the Butter Chicken, was very nice. There was plenty of dark meat chicken, tender and juicy, in the traditional, orange, creamy sauce. It was not only delicious with its exotic spice blend, it helped cool down the insides of my mouth while I was struggling with our other two dishes. Our final selection was the Aloo Gobi, basically, potato and cauliflower and a boatload of mixed spices. Sadly, this was too hot-spicy for wimpy me to enjoy. Again, we had requested each dish be prepared as "mild". I'm pretty sure they could have toned it down more than they did. Overall, a solid 4 stars is what I feel is fair. The prices were good, the servings were respectable, we had no complaints about the service, and the decor was very pretty. For those, unlike me, who can better handle the heat, it might have ranked higher.

My first introduction to a dosa was many years ago in NW Chicago when a college buddy took me to a…read morevegetarian Indian restaurant. I was really impressed by the scrolled 'crepe' stuffed with aloo (potatoes) and spices, and the array of dipping sauces and chutney. It was a really long time before I had another dosa at Seven Rivers in Riverside. A few years later and I got wind of Dosalicious in Corona off McKinley and the 91 Freeway. It's in a shopping center towards the back section, but once you find it, parking isn't an issue. Inside it's open and larger than you think, with some depth and extended seating. Basically, order at the counter and pay later, or whatever. The non-dosa entrées look really good in pictures, so I'm eager to try more but dosas are their namesake, so I got one that resembles my first experience in Chicago. The selection of dosas was remarkable though, so next time I should bring a friend or two to have a wider sampling. It didn't take long to arrive and while not scrolled, it was presented like a folded pocket, which fit the plate and facilitated tearing and dipping. Yes, finger food. Inside the potatoes seemed closer to mashed potatoes but flavor wise it was similar to past similar dishes. I enjoyed the two provided sauces a lot, and ultimately, it sat very light and I wasn't full, but not immediately hungry afterwards, either. Down the road I'll expand my horizons through a few visits targeting more menu choices. Very good overall. Yes, plastic silverware and disposable paper plates are what you get here, but that's not a deal breaker for me. Besides, have you ever worked in a restaurant and had to wash dishes in the back? It's hot and nasty work, I'm sure this is behind that calculus.
