Over a few days staying at a nearby hotel for a wedding, I got to try their chicken biscuit, their bacon biscuit, and their sausage biscuit. All were great, but the sausage biscuit was what breakfast dreams are made of. A thick patty, melty cheese, and a firm biscuit that held it all together.
