Had a great time here! Stopped for breakfast and can't wait to go back again :) service is amazing and fast! Fair prices and delicious fresh food and beverages definitely recommend! I definitely recommend their blueberry muffin iced latte VERY good. Also loved how they seperatly plated the meal evenly for me and my husband to split.

First time there and won't be returning. Ordered chicken and waffles. Frozen kid's menu chicken tenders! Completely unappetizing. They should be embarrassed to serve this.

Everything from the coffee, skillet and even the buttery pancake was super delicious.

I have been really satisfied with breakfast at Maple. It's only a few minutes from me and the service has been on point. Food comes out fairly quickly after ordering as it should with breakfast entrees. There are some good menu selections and the restaurant is only a few minutes away from me. I've had two skillets and a garden omelette from here and they were fantastic. The brisket skillet had tender flavorful meat that went well with all the other ingredients. I prefer the diced potatoes over the hash browns because they stay crispy in the mix of everything. I upgraded to specialty pancakes and french toast with the entrees. I wasn't a fan of the churro or oreo pancakes and favored the strawberry cheesecake french toast. The entrees portions are generous and will do a great job at diminishing hunger.

I read the reviews before coming and was not disappointed! Maple and Hash is a great trendy spot with a rustic feel. There's a cute patio & indoor seating and it's overall a great comfy ambience. We were greeted and sat upon arrival and the staff is so so friendly. The food is great. The Mexican skillet was delish and the jalapeños give it a nice spicy kick. The salsa that it comes with is also super tasty! They have seasonal drinks that are super yummy and a very creative menu with tons of great options and i would definitely love to come back and try other options from the menu.

Loaded up omelette with a huge portion of fruit instead of potatoes. All delicious!

Big beautiful restaurant with a really nice outdoor seating area. There is also a bar area with some neat brunch cocktails. I enjoyed my iced vanilla lavender decaf latte. All the food we ordered was delicious, fresh and hot. Some of the best biscuits and gravy I have had in a long time. Big fluffy biscuits with a homemade tasty gravy. The omelettes were loaded with ingredients. The French toast side is amazing with a dollop of butter and really good syrup. My side of fruit included blueberries, strawberries, watermelon, pineapple, and melon. Very friendly, great service. Thanks Sam! I think the prices are reasonable. I'll be back!

Came here for the first time to meet some friends and we were so impressed! The food was delicious. The Mexican skillet and Mexican Benedict come with a hot or mild salsa. Both were delicious! We loved them. The place is bigger than it looked from the outside and we had no issue getting a table quickly even on a Sunday during brunch hours. Very cute inside! Loved the heated patio. We can't wait to come back!

Love this place for breakfast or brunch! Fun vibe and great food options. I like that they serve lattes and other coffee options. Always friendly service.

We love supporting local business & we've been looking forward to trying this out. Finally stopped in on a Sunday morning. Started with the maple brown sugar latte (tasty) and an orange juice. I ordered the brioche French toast and my husband ordered the meat lovers skillet. When the food came out, I was excited to dive in. Then I started to spread around the butter on my French toast and realized it was barely warm. It was literally cool to the touch, even where no butter was. At that point I couldn't tell if it just hadn't been cooked long enough or if it sat too long before coming to our table. And I don't like wet, soggy cool bread. Our waitress wasn't around, so my husband let me start eating his pancake he got with his skillet. I ate the pancake and he was half done with his skillet by the time the waitress finally came over. She was incredibly gracious and apologetic. I declined it being remade because at this point my husband was nearly done and we had things to go do. My husband did enjoy his skillet. When the waitress brought us our bill, they took the French toast off our bill, and she also made them remake it & pack it to go for us. That was a nice gesture. We may try it again in the future.

Another review for the local M&H. Great breakfast. Staff was kind and attentive. The restaurant was very clean. Coffee was bitter though.

    Mark D.

There are plenty of these more upscale breakfast places around, and M&H fits right in that mix. Very full on a Saturday morning we still got seated right away. We had the South of the Border Omelette and the Breakfast Quesadilla, both very good. Service was solid. Place is a wee bit expensive but no biggie. They're not trying to be an inexpensive informal diner. We'll definitely be back.

Allen's has that true home-style, neighborhood diner feeling -- the kind you don't find very often anymore. And let me say this... I've lived in Pingree Grove for three years and somehow never knew this place existed. I've driven past it plenty of times -- blink and you'll miss it -- but now? It's officially one of my favorite local spots. Quick heads-up for first-timers: Bring cash. They're old-school -- and honestly, I respect that. We got there at 7:00am on a Friday and we made it just in time, because by 7:30, every seat was taken... including at the counter. It's an intimate and cozy little place, warm and comfortable. The food was great, with huge portions. I got the Neighbor Benedict, which was a mountain of gravy on top of a biscuit, two sausage patties, and two poached eggs and it included a healthy portion of hash browns with onions. The only thing that was a slight bummer was that this place is cash only, and we didn't know that coming in. Thankfully there was an ATM inside, but the fees were high and my bank charges fees on the other side, so the reasonable prices turned out to be just as expensive as anywhere else. I will bring cash next time and upgrade this review to five stars.

Today, we visited with 5 people total (one was a little kid). 3 of 5 arrived first, checked in with the hostess, and were told 5-10 minutes wait. The remaining two arrived shortly after check-in. So all party was there. After waiting for 20 minutes, we noticed a larger group the came after us got seated before. So we approached to ask about our turn, the unfriendly manager said that because there were specific table size, and a booth would not fit us. So we have to wait. A few minutes later, we saw a group of 5 was called, who also came after us. I went up to the hostess and asked again. At that point, the hostess seemed to not able to find our name on the list, and the same manager approached and used not so patience tone with me. I calmly explained that at this point, we have waited for almost 30 minutes (when we were told 5-10 minutes initially), and when many people (4 or more people) came after us got seated. At this point, the manager impatiently said we there was a booth, and we said we would take it as one of the five was a little kid. She grudgingly showed us to the booth, and along the way mumbling that the restaurant was full and all. Now, the food wasn't that great either. When our food arrived, they were lukewarm at best. It was as if they were sitting for a while. Again we understand when the restaurant gets busy, there is waiting. We also understand there could be a mix up during busy time. The manager never acknowledge anything, instead we were made to feel as if we were unreasonable. They just lost 5 customers today.

The salted caramel donuts and the Cooper's Hawk steak and eggs were some of the best items I've had from there. Let's start with the salted caramel donuts because...wow. They come out warm, soft, and perfectly golden with just the right amount of sweetness. The outside has that light crisp, the inside is fluffy, and paired with the salted caramel flavor, they're dangerously easy to keep reaching for. Definitely a must-order for the table. The Cooper's Hawk steak and eggs were just as impressive. The steak was cooked exactly how I wanted, tender, flavorful, and not overdone. The eggs were perfectly done, and the potatoes were crispy on the outside but soft inside, which really pulled the whole dish together. It's one of those meals that feels indulgent but still balanced enough for brunch. Between the cozy atmosphere, great service, and food that actually delivers, this is one of those spots I'll keep coming back to--especially for those donuts alone.
