Also the church has great facilities for infants, kids, and youth. A place to the right of the sanctuary called "The Well" features coffee, lattes, and smoothies. Very easy to get settled into a church and feel relaxed here.

At first the services were too long for me…read morepersonally but it seems that they are on more of a tighter schedule with it being a total of 90 mins which I think is perfect. Great worship, and I truly feel the spirit of God is there. Pastor Jason is anointed and has a gift of understanding and teaching the word of God. He's not afraid to talk about the hard topics and what's going on in our world. I can tell he really loves the word of God and is passionate about preaching to his church. I'm hopeful it may become my home church soon.

Not great things about Faith Church- 1) the gospel is secondary to 'the series' to be preached. The Word is watered down rather than speaking for itself. So much so that I have decided to go elsewhere. I don't go to church to 'eat donuts and have my ears tickled' - I go to worship and LEARN the Holy Word of God. I sat for 45 minutes very recently, not hearing a single word of Scripture. I longed to be wrong- I absolutely ached to stay and find some small reason to be completely mistaken, but the Holy Spirit will lead me elsewhere. I spoke with a handful of people in the lobby, wanting desperately to remain with these beautiful people on this beautiful campus, but they didn't seem to even notice that the Word hadn't even been spoken. Not a single verse. I prayed together with them all and left. The world is a challenging place, and the Scripture and the Gospel our hope and anchor. Everything else is just a clanging cymbal. It breaks my heart, but if you want to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ look elsewhere.

Bring a notebook, because each sermon is expertly prepared by Dr. Broggi. A side note- we do not know when an unborn child gets a soul, God loves all people and desires all to be saved but He does hate sin (including homosexual, polygamous, and unmarried heterosexual sex) and women pastors are not to hold spiritual authority over men and God gives us the example of Adam and Eve showing that this was not a suggestion to one church but a command to all churches. If you have been born again and know 100% you are going to heaven based on Jesus' completed work, then search the scriptures humbly. There are a lot of compromised churches out there and I am pleased to say that right now CBC Beaufort is not one of them.

The teaching coming from the pulpit will uplift you, challenge you, and convict you at the same time (because it's straight from God's Word). The size of the church can be overwhelming at first, but don't let that scare you. I know because it was a bit overwhelming to me at first. However after getting into an adult Bible study and meeting a few people the church quickly doesn't feel quite as big. If you have little ones there is tons for children and families. There's two services on Sunday morning to choose from ( 9:15 and 11:00 ) as well as Wednesday night bible study at 6:30pm.

St Helena's Episcopal Church in Beaufort is a beautiful and historic church. I was able to take an…read moreofficial tour of the church and was impressed with all of the history and the knowledge of the tour guide. Everybody at the church was extremely friendly and welcoming and was happy to have us as guests. You can feel all of the history and years and centuries around you as you enter the church and explore. Everything is well maintained and taken care of here. I enjoyed my visit here and recommend visiting St Helena's Episcopal Church if you are in Beaufort.
