I have to agree with both of these reviews. I took a pair of shoes there to be fixed, and they broken the next time I wore them. Their hours are very limited, especially for working folks. They are supposed to be open until 5pm, so I raced there from work, only to find the gray haired lady getting in her Buick and driving away at 4:55pm. I took my shoes in for a sole repair two months ago. It was supposed to take one week. I have gone back to the store numerous times and it's closed. He is not answering his phone or returning calls. He is not returning emails and he's also not responding to the Better Business Bureau. I have asked him via email and a phone message just leave my shoes at the door and I will come pick them up but he is not responding at all. he could return a call or email or have a sign-up if People wanted to get their products back but no he is ignoring everybody. I brought a pair of Chippewa boots in to get re-soled and he assured me that he could get the exact same sole put on and back to me two days later. This made me very hopeful. Sure enough he called two days later and they were done, however when i went back to pick them up. Not only did he put the wrong sole on them, but he also lied to me telling me that it was the only one Vibram made. Kicking his boot up on the counter only to reveal a different tread, yet he still argued that I had gotten the only one Vibram makes. To top it all off he charged me $55 for the less than pleasing experience. I will never return to this place and I am going to another location to get my boots fixed correctly. read more

I brought shoes in on Friday to be stretched in time to wear for a special occasion on Sunday. I was told by the owner that he was open until 5 on Saturday and I could pick them up. I arrived at 1pm to find out he closed at noon. The phone just rings with no answer. I am extremely disappointed about my experience. read more

Quick turnaround for boot repair. Would recommend to family and friends. Definitely a small business feel. Affordable compared to manufacturer repair price! He did it for 60$ when the manufacturer wanted 250$. read more

No answer, no answering machine during advertised business hours. Also, no website, so how is a potential customer to know if you are open? At least invest in an answering machine, it's 2014 for goodness sake! read more
