Its hard to reach her when needed. & thats kind of scary since i get refills every month. The front desk has kind & great ppl & a few or one person who seems like theyre annoyed with helping you over the phone.

A truly horrible place, they are scam artists. First, they demand a referral from my therapist,…read moreunusual but ok sure. When I get it to them and set up a psychiatry visit they say that psychiatrists are only for patients also seeing one of their therapists. I said I already have a therapist and they said they didn't care. It's medical extortion, no other way to describe it. I asked why the referral then, by now they've probably wasted hundreds of hours of therapists' time mine included and I just get some vague legalese. I think the referrals are just to hide their scam, they can say "See! We tried to work with them..." when they actually don't.
