They try to fire you for everything the machine messes up it's automatically your fault even though they are the ones supposed to be maintaining the machines. Every bad part counts against u whether the machine is broke or not. Everything is your fault. They put my boyfriend on a 60 day suspension for "bad parts" that every shift after him got more of the same "bad parts" and they didn't get in trouble for it .my boyfriend has a learning disability and this is super confusing for him to go through. This company probably has the highest turnover rate I've ever heard of they've fired like 20 people in the 6 months my boyfriend's been there. They do not pay enough for to be covered in fiber glass every day, and have absolutely no JOB SECURITY.
