Either my trunk is open (I did not leave it open) or all the change from my car is gone! This has happened multiple times and I am sure I am not forgetful on this aspect. My coworkers who have also used this lot have had their change stolen as well, and I have heard of a GPS being stolen. STAY AWAY from this place! I have no choice since I work at the hospital next door and there is unfortunately no safer place to park.

I believe the business took on new ownership, If I can personally give this place a 0 star I would…read more The parking attendant on hand was very rude and granted we get working by yourself at 6 pm with 4 cars in line waiting to be parked can be rough, but with the amount of room the evening guy had to park he could of simply taken on the task, but before getting to my car and my guest car he states the garage is full and no way will he accept my car. This took place on Saturday at 6pm, he tells me to then back up both of the cars as my wife and her friends can't really reverse our of the right entrance that has walking hand poles on the side and a gate beam at the opposite side to not damage her car. I mention to we have parked our cars at the facility other times and never had this problem. He later told people who have payed with the app that he is slammed with cars. I took several pictures of this said jammed pack garage for others to get a good idea that one the attendant is very inexperienced at his job and one very rude. Welp here are the photos. Several lifts empty and spots along the wall. If someone states the garage is full and you are a one man staff simply place a full sign out at the entrance or a cone to let others know to not pull in. Hope this message gets to the managers and or supervisors to look into this manner as I'd love to continue to park here.
