Where to start! Called at 8am, showed up so fast, easy to talk to and he actually cared about what was going on with my suv. Used a flat bed which I highly appreciated, offered to tow my suv to his shop and fix it himself. Was fixed by 10am. This is the best service hands down I have had since moving to Red Deer 3 years ago. I like people who are straight shooters and I appreciated that the absolute most from you. Martin, I have already highly recommended you to everyone I know and you will continue to be my "go to guy". Say hi to Zeus for me and tell him I will bring him treats next time I'm at the shop! read more

Used this company to tow my truck and it was the worse experience in my life. The driver was extremely rude and seemed to think since the truck was on the deck of his truck he was in charge of when and where the truck would be towed to? With an attitude like his I would strongly urge anyone considering using this company to reconsider and look elsewhere. read more

Blew the motor in my car on the highway near Red Deer. Did a quick Google search for a tow company…read moreand they were the first to actually answer after I called a few others. They were there very quick to pick up the car and tow it to a friend's place. They needed a flat-deck as my car is AWD. The driver, Curtis, was great. He was very friendly and helped me get back home to Edmonton. He knew where the Red Arrow picked up and since it was close to being on his way back to the shop, he offered to drive me there, so I didn't have to catch a cab from my friend's place. It was a very good experience on an otherwise shitty day!

They had a truck out to me in 18 minutes. The driver was super friendly and did everything he could to start my truck before he put it up on the winch. When he asked where I wanted it towed I told him I was open to suggestions. I'm new to Red Deer and don't have a mechanic here. He called some shops for me to find which would look at my car soonest and found one who he said he would take his own vehicle to. He was so friendly, kind, and professional. He made sure I was warm in his truck and waited with me until my ride came. My tow came to a super reasonable $84!

Definitely a 5 star rating here. Tina took quick action to my problem. Tina went above and beyond in her customer service. Dylon our driver was exceptional and went above and beyond with his customer service. This is the best service I have ever received from a towing company. Thank you Tina and Dylon for your exceptional customer service and compassion in a very stressful situation. We were quoted a 2 hour wait from other tow companies but only waited approximately 15 minutes from the time I called to the tow truck arriving and loading up my vehicle. I blew a couple of tires on my way back to Edmonton on highway 2. Martin came out to help me. His customer service and professionalism is bar to none. He went out of his way to help me find a shop to do the work and even gave me a ride to a hotel after The next morning the shop we left it couldn't do the work so he towed it free of charge to another shop. He is 1 in a million. He cares about people and is willing to go the extra mile to help a person out. I would recommend him in a heart beat. Great customer service. The operator was quick and kind and fixed my tire in no time flat (pun intended!). I had movie tickets and he accommodated getting me back on the road asap to I could make it to my movie. while I hope I wont need to use his services, if I do, I will definitely call again!! read more
