Windshield Surgeons don't advertise as others do - they simply rely on Word-of-Mouth; and clearly they don't need to change this model because they're always busy. Why? Because as far as Customer Service and Autoglass services go - they're phenomenal (and no, I don't have shares in this company). I was lucky to have heard about them through a couple of my Cousins who had gotten their Windshield replaced by them weeks earlier. However, being the stubborn person I am - I still called around and collected quotes from 5 different Autoglass Shops to compare. In the end, it didn't matter - Windshield Surgeons came in with the lowest price for the work I needed to have done. Not only that - what impressed me was their impeccable Customer Service. From the moment I called - their Call Centre Reps were extremely friendly but not fake. They were efficient and though you could tell they too were swamped - they patiently answered all my questions and didn't rush me off the phone. They booked me in as early as possible which was for the next day! Then, when I arrived at the shop (South Location in Calgary, AB) the team welcomed me and didn't treat me like another number. Thus causing me to feel relaxed as I waited for my Windshield to be replaced. In the end, their work was perfect and I couldn't be happier. The only reason why I am here now is because of course I got a chip in my windshield the day before last driving on the freeway :-( but my mind is at ease knowing the Windshield Surgeons have my back. I decided to replace my windshield at the same time as there were two cracks in it and I hadn't had to replace it yet in the six years I've had the vehicle (almost unheard of in Calgary). They were very friendly, did delivery/pick-up from the LRT station and did a great job. When I asked them to either fix the chip properly or refund my money, they rudely refused to do either. I even suggested I would have the chip repaired at another glass company and return to request a refund if they managed to fix it. However, the branch manager, who appeared to be Russian, denied my request outright. This company is completely unprofessional, extremely rude, and a total waste of time and money. They didn't fix my glass, and their customer service is appalling. Avoid this company.

Last time I used their services, I called in at 9:30 a.m. and got an appointment for 1:00 p.m. I call that fast. The price was well below other quotes I had. Importantly, when you call in, a real person answers the phone and gives you a quote right away! No recordings or electronic answering prompts to navigate. These are real people with a pulse. I've had at least 3 windshields installed here. After the fact, they look after you promptly if something needs attention. The shop is easy to find just west of Edmonton Trail, a block south of 40th Ave. If you can't spare the time to drive to their shop they will pick up your car, leave you a loaner, and return your car with new windshield 2-3 hours later.

OK, so I got a bit of a bumper scrape on my car, looks like someone backed out a little close, and scraped the paint. Just a little too deep to "buff" out. When I took it to Renu, the fellow I talked to gave me an honest quote, and his honest opinion. Being that we could fix it, but the bumper is plastic, so it wont rust, and given that my car has hail damage, fixing the paint on the bumper won't add much value, so it's just a matter of what I can live with cosmetically... Honest, and fair advice! Incidentally, I got a scratch repair kit and wax, and it is 70% better, so I suppose I won't bother fixing it, but I am super glad for their honest advice! It would have been easy enough to just take my money, but they chose to be good business citizens, and for that I am grateful! FYI, I did get a repair quote that was 10%, and 25% lower than the other two quotes I got, and the service was much friendlier, so I know where I'm headed if I decide to fix this anyway- or if any other scrapes pop up.
