They didn't go into a full confirmation detail, but did some fairly extensive up-front testing to confirm my suspicious (which were later fully confirmed at another shop per my wife's request). Couple that with recommendations to help get the problem resolved (including where NOT to go), and this place is hands down one of the first places I'd recommend looking at if you have car trouble.

They were able to extricate my vehicle without a scratch, but not before requesting a damage waiver in case my vehicle hit the trees or rolled upside down the mountainside. Just two days ago…read moreWNC Towing made it up here in a very timely manner with no issues, but Hatton's wouldn't even try. On top of that, the driver was threatening and hateful with me, telling me he was going to leave my car in the middle of a busy state road. My two-wheel drive Kia makes it up the driveway just fine, and I even offered him an alternative drop-off location less than two minutes from the original spot, but he refused. Instead, he left my car on the side of the road, not at the church like I asked. Now we're stuck figuring out how to get it home ourselves. Really unprofessional and disappointing experience. He was very rude.
