I arrived on Thursday, July 17 at 2:00 PM in the afternoon to find a sign on the pump stating the card reader was inoperative with instructions to pay the cashier inside. I entered the station which had one customer and two store associates inside. The one worker told the man behind the counter that she was leaving and would see him tomorrow. I had the worker scan my phone for the speedy rewards and then asked to get $25.00 on pump one offering a $50.00 bill. The worker informed me that they could not change the $50.00 bill and I was essentially refused service. The other worker watched the entire engagement and remained silent. Upon spending hours explaining this to corporate and then a woman who claimed to be a regional manager called me back and explained that the staff had a way to cash the bill and promised to mail a gas card for my issues. This has been an ongoing issue with this store and I have explained this to the management. Corporate claims it's out of their hands and only the local manager can do anything about it. So they lie to keep from doing their job and the manager lies about following up. Each call to corporate customer service requires waiting on hold for 20 minutes to talk to a representative that then puts you on hold for another 10 minutes to "look up information". Asking them for a supervisor then forwards you to a voicemailbox.
