We have been here a week and while I can say that people are ready to put up a wall of defense, you can "kill them with kindness" and they are actually a really amazing community. Miami isn't rude...(oK, we have had 3 so far out of ~20 that are 300% what she described)...they are a community of people that want to be kind but are so burned they wait for your reaction. So, be kind, rewind. The folks working at this store are doing their best and I have zero complaints. The bathrooms are clean. The water bottles are higher cost than some other gas stations. I'd rather pay more for a bottle of water and receiver a smile than to pay less and deal with a negative Nancy/Noel or a bossy Karen/Kevin. We still have a few days left in Miami, and this is a very convenient location and great staff. We will be be back again tomorrow.

She still says she doesn't know in a demeaning manner. I point at screen and show her. She says three times. I can't help you since I don't know. I ask her to call Angel to help her. She says she can't. I proceeded to read word by word on her lottery marketing screen and finally she now suddenly knows what I was asking. By now a line was formed through the 2-3 minute exchange. When the other attendant left there was no line, it was just me. When he returns there's a line. Maria also insisted on not speaking even the slightest bit of English. For example if someone speaks Spanglish she needs you to repeat yourself from beginning to end. I am under the impression if someone is a rep for your store they're the best qualified and have learned the products and services you provide. This was an abysmal customer service visit. Just absolute zero interest in helping the customer get what he came for. Giving service to the public with disdain and utter disinterest to perform the task one was hired for is a major issue.

worst customer service from the night cashier, she is very rude, and gets bothered for no reason…read more After many incidents with this same employee I encountered my last incident last night when I came in with my service dog who is licensed and she refused me service until I got my dog out. This lady needs to be fired. I won't post her name for legal reasons but she is always the late night cashier. I've been going there for years and spend over $1,000 monthly on gas and other things, it is sad I will have to find another gas station, Avoid this place at night.
