Larissa is the nastiest person l've ever dealt with in the medical field and she has no business dealing with patients or people in general, for that matter. Although she insisted that some of the records were sent after my 2nd call, I tried to explain that my husband's doctor hadn't received anything, as of yet, and his appointment was in a few minutes. She blatantly told me nobody else could help me and then said "just give me the email". At the end of the conversation, I opted to take the high road and say thank you. She opted to be extremely unprofessional and just abruptly hang up. This practice was sold by our original cardiologist who our entire family has gone to for years without an issue, ever. Avoid this office at all costs, unless you want your blood pressure to go up!
