They installed a chandelier and replaced 2 light fixtures for me in a UES concrete ceiling apartment. The pros: -Super professional installation people. Had an onsite estimate given, and they clearly knew their stuff. Advised me quickly on possibilities and what wasn't possible. -Installation occurred right on time. -Installers covered all flooring and wore covers on their shoes to protect all surfaces. Also carefully moved furniture from the install area. -Installers worked very hard to measure and drill properly so that I did not need to repaint the entire ceiling. They were successful! -Shockingly low dust from the install. The cons: -when I have a bug to get something done immediately, I want it, well, immediately. I had to wait a week to get the install set, but that is really quite reasonable.

First 3 days after it was installed, heat didn't work and he said it was flash sensor burnt out?! . The heat would be on and would not go more than 65 deg. I got him through Homeadvisor with good reviews, big mistake. After the warranty was up with his services, he got fed up and said don't call him again because too many issues. Who does this?! I had to call another plumber. He said there were multiple issues because the wiring done on boiler was all backwards and that's why everything was burning out and it wasn't installed properly. Now the control panel board and other issues had to be replaced because he didn't know what he was doing. This cost now is just as much as he put in a new boiler. Yes, he would come to fix, but blame us and scream that we were touching stuff! DONT USE HIS SERVICES!!
