While my coffee was being made, I went to the restroom; the person I was with waited for the coffee but wasn't told when it was ready. When she asked the clerk, she appeared not to know anything about who the coffee was for - or whether or not it was already paid (my date didn't know I'd paid and was going to pay again). My suggestion would be to communicate a little more and perhaps be friendlier with your clientele as my date was confused about the whole thing and ended up just telling the clerk to leave everything till I got back. There was no one else there so it's not like it was difficult to keep track of orders or clients. Price point: A little steep - two coffees ran just a little over $12.
