It's always lively and full of great energy! The last time I was here was back in May for Cinco de Mayo, and I might have stopped by again in the summer, but I went again last night to kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and it reminded me why this is still my go-to spot. Right now they're running a special where $1 from every pink margarita (made with grapefruit!) goes to the Breast Cancer Foundation such an awesome cause. Our server was fantastic (I wish I remembered his name!), super sweet and explained everything clearly. The service was top-notch and the food was incredible and the calamari were cooked perfectly and everything we ordered was delicious. It happened to be Taco Tuesday, so the place was busy and buzzing with energy -- there were even a few birthdays being celebrated! I was there to make some content and noticed a few other foodies and bloggers doing the same. All in all, this is still a 10/10 location for me. It's always my go-to, and I can't recommend it enough. If you haven't visited yet, definitely go check them out and show them some love they deserve it!

The location is fantastic, making it an easy spot to meet up and unwind. From the moment you walk up, the decor feels refreshing and welcoming without trying. One of my favorite features was the front patio seating. There's just something about sitting outside with a glass of wine, good conversation, and people watching in Montreal that makes for a memorable afternoon. While the inside was gorgeous, I prefer outside always. Unfortunately, I don't have any photos to share, but I can definitely speak to the service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always seemed to appear right when our glasses were getting low, amazing! haha. They helped create a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to sit, chat, and enjoy each other's conversation. Sabrosa is a cute, comfortable spot that's perfect for catching up with friends over wine and food for sure. I'd happily stop by again on a future visit to Montreal. Thank you again for the hospitality!

I came here during my work trip to Montreal with some coworkers and really didn't expect the tacos to be anything special, I thought they would be good but like I said didn't expect anything extraordinary. I ordered the Grilled Shrimp Tacos since I'm not the biggest fan of eating too many fried things these days and I'm so happy that I stuck what that. The shrimp tacos had SO SO SO MUCH flavor, I ended up exchanging a beef taco with my coworker just so we could try something different from what we ordered. I tried the beef taco and it definitely was really good packed with good flavors. Since I had the beef taco first I really didn't think the shrimp tacos would be crazy different but hands down it was 1000 times better, tastier, and even juicer than my first taco. My coworker even said so for herself, she definitely enjoyed the shrimp taco the most over all the tacos she had ordered! If I were in the area again, I wouldn't think twice about coming here again and most certainly would try to sit downstairs since the ambience seemed more of a vibe for a group of people! I would hands down give this place a 5/5! YOU NEED TO TRY THIS PLACE!!!

The reason for few stars is that the food here is Mexican-like but if you are used to Mexican food you may be disappointed. No refried beans or rice, and the tacos are very weird, I have never seen breaded and fried chicken pieces used for chicken taco meat before. The chicken tacos are basically fried chicken strips on melted cheese and a flour tortilla. Chorizo tacos seem like the chorizo came out of a tube of soy chorizo. The fresh made guacamole and chips are delicious however.

We arrived just before a large birthday party, so the place ended up being quite noisy (lots of shots and celebration). Not that that was a bad thing, we were in the mood to party a bit ourselves Food was excellent; lots of flavors. The portions were nice. Drinks were good as well. A bit expensive overall, but we found that to be a general theme in Montreal as compared to similar restaurants in the States. We will come back during our next GP visit!!

We had a reservation but were a few minutes late. At 6:45pm we were the only customers. That concerned us initially but the manager/maitre d'/sommelier/waiter, Carlos put our mind at ease. Note: by 7:30pm the place was filling up quickly. Drink order taken, a margarita on the rocks & a specialty fruit juice cocktail to start, menus, and were told the specials. So many choices: Pupusas, Enchiladas, Doraditas, Arepas, & Tacos. My bride had the excellent steaming hot vegetarian arepas with frites ($20) and had this evening's special salsa verde (made in house daily) enchiladas ($24) - a generous portion & the salsa verde was fresh & bright. My wife opted for the bottle of wine deal that Carlos insisted on corking after dinner so she could take the remainder back to our hotel. If a restaurant offers a $20. taco or arepa they better deliver a superior dining experience. Do not let the exterior fool you. Fusion Latina delivers on food quality, service, & ambience. A serendipitous evening out. To Carlos & staff Thank you/Gracias/Merci Nick & Liz, Albany, NY, USA
