The 3 gentlemen who moved us worked very hard but unfortunately one of them broke a stone dining room table base into many pieces which was beyond repair. Many attempts to get Marching Ants to reimburse us for this have gone unanswered. All the proper claims and photos were sent to them asking for resolution. Management now doesn't answer calls. This has been going on for almost 4 months now with no resolution. Their website FAQ states very clearly that they are insured and any damage to belongings will be replaced or repaired. Not finding that to be the case at all as they are refusing to return calls or emails. Not reputable in my opinion. read more

Look what I found in one of my Christmas Totes!! It's my EMPTY Bottle of Norco's that I knew they stole back on January 11, 2017 when 2 of Marching Ants employees were to help me pack the day before the move. I hadn't been in this tote since December 2015. I contacted Ben when I realized they were missing, he told me they didn't take them. Well, here's the PROOF!! The guys from Marching Ant were phenomenal. They were all really friendly and accommodating. We moved from an upstairs apartment to another upstairs with a narrow private stairway and they had no problem getting everything from our old place into our new place in two hours. The best part, aside from the laughs the guys provided, was that they were able to get our couches in our new place. One even had to be lifted over our balcony, but that wasn't a problem at all. They even asked where we wanted each individual item in the new place and were willing to help in any way they could. In fact they said they would help us pack boxes if need be. All in all we saved $100 from what we budgeted and that was after the 30% tip we felt they deserved (industry standard is 5%). If you're looking for a great company to move you at a very reasonable price, Marching Ant is your best bet. This is the second time we've used them in two years and will continue to do so if we need movers in the future. read more

We were looking for a company to move a piano from a friends house to ours, Marching Ant called with a very fair quote and offered to help with anything we needed. On the day of delivery many schools and businesses were closed due to icy roads and we expected to get a call cancelling the delivery but we didn't. Tim, Blake, and Justin showed up on time, never complained about the weather or the conditions they set up the piano, made sure it was in the right place. They were polite, careful, and quick! These guys helped my Moms best friend move her stuff. I watched these kids bust their tails getting it done. I was shocked when she told me they charge hourly. They seriously HURRIED for her! You would think they would take their time to drag the money out but they didn't. They were awesome, and honest! They also treated my stuff (I also moved using them) with the same respect as they would their own belongings. After using a different company to help us unpack here (I moved out of state and couldn't use them here) I would give them 100 stars if I could. This is a Grade A company! We had a last minute move from an apartment on the 3rd story to a house back in April. These guys were awesome. From scheduling to the actual move, every single person I spoke with was friendly, honest and knew how to do customer service right. The movers they sent were GREAT! They worked hard and did everything they could to make the move go as smoothly as possible. The pricing was pretty damn good too. We used Marching Ant two weeks ago and I can't say enough good things about them! We had a fairly complicated situation with three different stops and Christa and the gals in the office made it extremely simple. The movers that came were all incredibly professional and really efficient. Additionally, we had several heavy and some fragile pieces of furniture and they took care of them perfectly. The pricing was fantastic and it was the best decision that we made. If you are considering another moving company.... don't do it!
