They had an appointment for 10/24/19 from 3pm-5pm. I had several stains near the entryway, outside the kitchen, outside the bathroom, and a few spots in the bedroom. Unfortunately, they were all here before I moved in 10/13/18 so I wasn't sure what they were from. Generations Carpet Cleaning were able to remove all the stains! My carpet throughout my apartment looks brand new!! Also, the product they used doesn't have a terribly strong smell and actually smells good. Luckily the…read moreprevious owner maintained the home very well so our 25+ year old tile flooring wasn't in horrible condition but needed some love and a professional cleaning. Our tiles are a light cream color and the grout was dark in some spots and brown in others. We had Steve come in and provide an estimate which he did quickly, provided an estimate and offered to complete the job on the spot. We opted to schedule for a week later. He and his assistant, arrived on time and finished in less than an hour (the home was empty so no furniture needed to be moved etc.) While the service was fast and had a lot of flooring to cover, the quality was amazing. Turns out our tile grout is WHITE and our flooring looks amazing! He wasn't able to get a few of the stains from one of the bathroom floors but he gave us a few product recommendations to help bleach the grout. He also provided us a 10% discount. A month later, everything still looks brand new. We will definitely use them again!!

No one stayed on top of the building permit which was estimated to take 3-5 weeks, so it took 8. It was finally "found" and finished the day school ended after I threatened to be there everyday after that until it was "found". Work was stopped on my house for 6 weeks this summer because my mortgage was sold just prior to the inspection that would release more funds. I was told ServPro would not work on the house so that they could leverage my anger at the situation to get the mortgage company to release the funds. I did my job, but the "check" was lost. I then paid to have it overnighted. Roof was finally completed, along with rough in of plumbing and electrical, they picked up the Port-a-Potty, and ServPro did not schedule contractors to return to work on my house until two weeks ago (another 2 months of no work). They claimed it was due to inspections taking so long. Considering that I was able to schedule an inspection for the day after an installation, I find this hard to believe. Perhaps they just didn't want to have to have someone on site until it was convenient for them. The fact that they had the Port-a-Potty removed and not returned until yesterday, indicates to me that they had NO intention of working on the house during those two months. There has also not been a dumpster at the house for many months, and the debris has really been piling up. Also, without a toilet available. Someone defecated in a cardboard box and put that box in my new bathtub that was half filled with water. If my house isn't ready to move into by the end of the month, as promised, I will expound on another review with pictures.
