She is the embodiment of kindness and compassion and respectful of all the children and families in her care. Our daughter started at Little Stars when she was 1.5 years old when we moved to Novato, and we are so grateful for her experience there. She was welcomed with open and loving arms and we were continually impressed by all that she learned at Little Stars and the stories of her fun days painting, drawing, visiting the playground, cooking and singing songs. Sadaf would even send pictures throughout the day- and I could see the joy on our daughter's face alongside her friends. It's not often you see a child reading before going to preschool, and not only was she learning to read, but also learning multiple languages, cooking, how to play compassionately and respectfully with other children and her social skills flourished. The children absolutely love Sadaf and her staff, as do we, the parents - I knew my child was always safe and cared for at Little Stars, which put my heart at ease. Sadaf goes above and beyond for the children and families at Little Star. When I was pregnant with my 2nd child (very sick and eventually on bed rest), Sadaf would sometimes make me and my family food to take home so I would feel better and didn't have to cook. She even made a cake for my daughter's 3rd birthday during that pregnancy as she wanted to help take any added stress off of my shoulders. I simply love and adore Sadaf. I truly cannot say enough about Sadaf and her wonderful daycare. Her love and compassion for the children is palpable and extends to the families as well. She is dedicated to the children learning and respecting others. I firmly believe her childcare was the best choice our family could have made and we are so very thankful for the support and care our daughter's received which immensely helped her growth and development. Soroor is very diligent in hiring, doing trial runs before bringing anyone on board, and it shows--her assistants are fantastic and stay long-term; that consistency is very important to us. Soroor regularly provides guidance and advice on raising children. She is always learning--reading up on new methods, sharing books and resources, and helping us navigate developmental changes. She is so flexible and understanding if you're running late or need to drop off early. As two working parents, this has made our lives much easier. The outdoor play area is great, with plenty of room to climb and explore, and a garden to get their hands dirty; Soroor is also always making updates to the space. Another plus of Let's Play is how affordable it is, especially because Ms. Bella provides diapers for the children and prepares them lunch. You could pay more at other daycares, but I don't know that your return, at least for a 2 year old, would be comparable. The only reason we stopped sending our daughter to Let's Play is because we had the unique opportunity to send her to a language immersion program elsewhere. The staff are so warm and loving and know exactly what each child needs each day. Watching my three year old grow there has been a delight. I love that the program is bilingual and she has become very proficient at Spanish.
