The stuff was not attentive at all. The sloth at the front desk took 40m to inform initial customers in front of us that their baggage was not found. After that the buggage (attendant) said our luggage might be in the lost and found room and he went to check for another 30min. Signs were nice and easy to follow, when we needed to find the water taxi. The desk staff were helpful as well (and spoke English) when we had more questions. There were also a good availability of clean bathrooms (as soon as you get off the plane, and around the airport as well), which is always a plus! I also liked that there were gelato shops at the airport hehe... I recommend Venchi! read more

This is a busy airport. Flew from las vegas to Amsterdam to Paris then final destination is Marco polo international Airport . We stayed at San Marco in Venice. We had to tale the public water boat and it cost us $15.00 each person.From the terminal we went southwest and downstairs. There are signs leading to the public water transport. Another option which an expensive one is to hire a private water taxi which will get you to your destination faster than the public transportation since they do no stop. read more

Signs are very easy to follow although not in English. Technology is by far the best I've seen. Everyone was fairly nice. A lot of booths for rentals boat rides. Have information packets where ever you go. I loved everything about the airport other then the boat ride we took from the airport to the hotel. read more
