After she got her exam and was going to order glasses they told her that there was still going to be a fee. My sister is very very nearsighted and prefers glass lenses and they're very thick.She didn't pick out a new frame because she can't see without her glasses to pick one out. So they said they would have to send her glasses and it would take up to three weeks. She said they were very rude. They were testing for glaucoma in the machine didn't work and the woman walked out of the Room came back in and never finish the test. She was there at the end of the day she called first thing in the morning requesting that they don't send the glasses out because she's unable to see with her old pair they told her that they cannot get them back and there's no way they can cancel the order.
