This "photographer" is terrible! He was recommended by the hall we chose for our daughter's wedding which was in October of 2019 and never got the pictures to us until 14 months later. Marcos Coello is a lousy wedding photographer, is arrogant and provided us with the, worst service imaginable. So I guess I was lucky because I ONLY wait almost 6 months for my photos! I married on December 15th 2017 and I just got my photos (6/2/18). This was a recommendation of the premier Banquet hall on the 8th street... Stay away of this person. I call him so many times and never respond or call me back. Only one time after 3 months of waiting, he answered me that he was in Spain and i have to still waiting because the photos weren't ready, but should be ready before May... not what happened. He gave me my video after 3 months after begging him a lot and i told him that many of my family couldn't come and I wanted to show them the video. He said it was "Courtesy" that he gave me the video without the photos because he delivers all together... so kind... Your photos will never be delivery fast or before 2-3 months because he sends all the photos of at least 30 weddings to China and then all the wait to print all the photos and send them back to US. I had Marcos as my photographer for my wedding event as well as to take the engagement pictures. Marcos is an amazing artist, he's very professional and super kind. He knows what he is doing and takes his time to make sure everything comes out perfect. When he sent the samples of my engagement pictures I was so in love with them, and I couldn't imagine how the wedding pics were going to come out. When our big day arrived Marcos took so many pictures that I just wanted to grab the camera and look at them right away lol..and when he did send me some samples of the wedding I was blown away in how beautiful they were! Stay far away!!! My sister used this photographer as a part of her wedding package through Tony's Banquet Hall, what a horrible experience. The photographs were not ready for 10 months. She was livid. After months and months of her attempting to acquire the photos for which she had paid in full she finally receives them and they are a mess!! About half the pictures inside the album were upside down, clearly thrown together at the last second. And the one she got enlarged was the wrong picture!! He had the audacity to tell her that some people wait more than 2 years for their pictures. Unreal! read more

I had my wedding of March of 2018. Three months later I have no received any sample photos to pick from. After several email exchanges I received the samples in August of 2018. It is not October of 2018 and I still have not recieve my photos or my wedding video. Marco was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. This is my special day and he kept making excuses why the work was not completed. The actual day of the wedding I received complaints from guest he was rude. If his service is attached to a banquet hall please beware of this photographer and request someone else. horrible! read more

This photographer does not give you any information regarding your photos/videos. My wedding was June 18 and it is 11/13/18. I still have not received word about my wedding video or pictures. I've called many times and number tells me that phone isn't accepting any phone calls. I finally reached him 2 months ago and he asked to send him my wedding date and email. Still have not received anything. This company has horrible costumer service and no communication. I don't not recommend this photographer to any one. This company is associated with D'class banquet hall if they give you this company for your photography then change it to someone that's worth your time and money. read more

Three years ago we paid Marcos a lot of money for my daughters 15's pictures and to this day, we do not have the albums, nor the enlargements or the video. Marcos took really good pictures but has been extremely irresponsible with the turn around time. Three years and NO pictures. Do not recommend him at all. I was warned by other customers at the time and didn't want to listen because I loved his work. But now I feel he robbed us and most importantly we have nothing to remember my daughter's very special birthday. read more

Marcos Coello was the most unprofessional photographer I have ever worked with. All contact was through text message, phone calls or email. He sent one of his hired photographers to actually take the pictures so the only time I ever saw him was in our first meeting. I had posted a bad review on the banquet hall where I got married and a few days later when I was supposed to pick up my pictures at his studio, he took them to the banquet hall after I told him I want nothing more to do with that office and would prefer to deal directly with him. After picking up my proofs, he said to email him with my selections and that my pictures and video would be ready for pick up in 3 months. I sent the email with my selections and 2 months later I called to get a pick up date. He said he never received my email. I sent my email again and called for him for confirmation and he said he had received the email this time and it would take 3 months. 3 months later I called to see when I could pick up my pictures and video (I have moved out of state since our last conversation but was in town for the weekend and thought I could pick them up since he said 3 months) and he said he never received my email. Well into my 7th month of messages, emails, phone calls (even a threat of a law suit for not providing me with the service I paid for) and text messages, my pictures were finally ready for pick up. He had given me the run around and changed dates and times every time I spoke to him. He is very nice and polite but I almost made it to my 1 year anniversary without my wedding pictures And on top of all this! he enlarged the wrong picture. read more

my wedding was in JULY of 2016, it is now MARCH 2017, still haven't received my pictures or video. ive been getting the run around for MONTHS. the last excuse was that he was out of the country. he lies and acts like he doesn't understand English. my proofs were HORRIBLE. most of my pictures were taken with things in the background, people in the background, eyes were closed in most of my pictures etc.he refuses to correct the extra things in the pictures. and wont release my copyrights for me to get them fixed by someone else. i would NOT EVER recommend doing business with this guy!!! and the banquet hall wont compensate for any of this . read more

CONSUMER beware ! If there was a negative star that's what I would give this man.. The worst, most unprofessional , unethical , inconsiderate man that can exist in this profession. It's almost a year since my wedding and objet to receive my enlargement . We were so upset with his business tactics and lack of quality of work that we did not even do our engagement pictures . The day of my wedding he shows up to collect his extra $$ for additional pictures I wanted that were not included in the banquet package and he tells me then he is sending one of his " associates ". It was a couple that looked like they had taken you tube classes on photography . They lacked originality in poses, gathering guests, taking pics of the " what's happening" during the festivities and worst of all left before the farewell last song played at our reception. Your wedding is a memorable event that you want to capture in photos and videos . It's once in a lifetime .. Don't make our same mistake .. Save yourself anguish and disgust and stay far far away from this individual .. Spread the word to all you know .. He dose t deserve to be in business !! read more

Working with Marcos Coello Photography (MC Productions) was absolutely the worst part of our wedding experience. At first, he was very professional. He invited us into his home to show us a few samples of his work and we were very impressed with what he showed us. Everything was going well up until the day of the wedding. That's when everything started to unravel and take a turn for the worst. He was supposed to be taking pictures of the church and then come and get me outside when it was time for the wedding march. He never showed up to get me and I was about 2 minutes late for my entrance! While taking picture in the church he missed a few pictures that I would have liked to take but even if I would have sent him a list he would have probably lost it anyways. When we got to the hall he told us to want in the hot sweaty car while he went in to take pictures of the hall and said he would come out to get us. But he left us there! As a photographer of many years and tons of experience he sure did a poor job and was very unprofessional. Then came the horrible experience after the wedding, which took about 6 months for him to send us the original photos from the wedding for us to make selections. When he finally did, we sent him back a detailed listing of everything we wanted via email. At this point, he said it would be about 3 months before we receive the final package. 3 months later, we hadn't heard from him and we made an effort to contact him, but got no response. This was the case for the next 2-3 months after which he finally responded and said that he never received the original listing of what we wanted! After arguing with him, we sent him the list again. Again there was a couple more months of run around he answered us again promising he would have everything. After about a year and a half since our wedding had passed, we finally received the final package that we had ordered. However, in typical Marcos fashion, he managed to mess up one of the enlargements and didn't give us a copy of a studio photo that we had requested several times (which he said he never got the emails!), some of the pics that we requested for prints were not the same as the ones on the list. After about another 3 months of telling us that he would fix it and us contacting him to get it done, we finally had enough and told him to get lost (to put it nicely). What an absolute and utter nightmare! I thought the photographer's job was to take picture of your event and not his wife!!! I found some pictures in the proofs he sent us. I would NOT recommend him to anyone!! Please be aware and don't get stuck like we did. Till this day I regret choosing him as a photographer. A wedding is the biggest day of any woman's life and it is a day that we have been dreaming of our whole lives. I don't think any person should have to endure such horrible experience. read more

We got married here on February 28th 2015, the experience itself was amazing. Great service, great food, the music was excellent and they did everything for my wife and I to have a great time! The people who work there are great people, and they go over and beyond for you while your event is being planned and the day of. BUT. Now that it is September 28th 2016 and me looking for assistance is the last thing I am getting. MARCOS PHOTOGRAPHY has YET to give us any of the footage,pictures or anything that has to do with our wedding day to date! We have tried communicating through text, email, calling, tweeting, his Facebook page and nothing. The few times he does respond is to let us know hes working on it and to give him a few more weeks.. Ladies and Gentlemen, take note of the above date Ive been married and see where we are today, NOT ONE PIECE OF OUR WEDDING DAY do we have in our possession. So I implore anyone who is thinking of using Celebration Ballrooms to do so, BUT please DO NOT USING MARCOS PHOTOGRAPHY. Worse experience of our lives. My hope is that celebration ballrooms does more than try to give this man a call like the 3 times they have in the past 6 months, we spent a lot of money on our wedding and even bought a bigger package to have an extra album, extra videographer and all for nothing... This is an email that we sent to him on august 8th, which he replied too right away ladies and gentlemen, just to tell us to give him to the end of august and he would have EVERYTHING for us.. Again, today's date is 9/28/2016 and nothing. "Hello Marcos its Natasha Palacios. It has been over 3 weeks and I have sent you several messages and you have not answered me. This message is to let you know that if we do not hear from you before August 8th we will be contacting a lawyer. At that point I do not care what you have to say, we have payed you extra money to have a pretty good package that we could enjoy. We're going to be married for a year and a half and you haven't even cared to try to contact us. That's no way to do business. It has been 9 months since my wedding and i am STILL trying to get my completed album and photo enlargement. We paid Marcos an extra $600 for additional photos, release, and album. The banquet hall had told us he was delaying in delivering products 12-15 weeks. We said we were willing to wait as that didnt seem that bad. We went to his home and saw the quality of the work. That is NOT BY FAR what we received. the pictures were decent but were not in any way as amazing as the ones seen on his facebook or at his studio. He didnt give us the CD of the images until the week before Christmas (2months) after our wedding. We chose the images for the album and got them back to him first week of January. He told my husband it was going to be 12 weeks to get them back because he gets the albums done in CHINA; a detail he failed to EVER mention before. Twelve weeks went by and then the album was ready. More weeks went by (end of April) and he said that album was here (in miami) but was stuck in customs. Then, the album got sent back by customs and it would be another 3 weeks before it got back.... Same story over and over. We are now on July 25th and I have yet to receive my album or enlargement. I commented on a bad review someone left on his facebook and he then threatened my husband that he shouldn't even give us the album because of what I said on facebook. Let me start by saying he is a wonderful photographer. Beautiful pictures! I used him for my wedding and he took gorgeous engagement pictures, but the day of the wedding he was nowhere insight. The day before my wedding he told me he had an Emergency and needed someone else to take the pictures and promised the photographer was better than he was. Worse photographer ever! My guests heads were cut off in the pictures. The photographer he chose to replace him was very rude. When I tried to get in touch with Marcos after the event, to try to take my other session hor photos that were a part of the package that I chose as an upgrade, he was unavailable. I brought to his attention that the pictures were awful and I didn't even want the pictures. I explained to him all I want was my engagement pictures that I already paid for and my video. I told him I would pay him the difference, but since he himself voided the contract by not being at my wedding, that I just want to pay for the upgrades for my video and not for the pictures and to just give me what came with the banquet hall package. Three years later, I still do not have my wedding video. The banquet hall has been trying to track him down to get me what is owed and have been unsuccessful. I knew I was taking a chance based on reviews, but I was lured in with the beautiful pictures. Not worth it! Apparently this isn't the first time this has happened. The person I hired to make my wedding cake told me he had heard the samething from many brides. Saddest thing is before I signed the contract I explained how I really wanted these pictures and video to go well since the videographer for my 15s party messed up the video and I do not have a video. He assured me that he would make everything go smoothly. He is a snake in the grass! Please learn from my mistake! read more
