We got a Cesar salad as a starter to share too. That was very good. For my meal I got the tuna steak medium rare. They cooked it perfectly. The orange sauce they put over it too was amazing. I don't know how to describe it. Some sort of tomato base. Which I wouldn't think of for tuna. Then I finished the night with a cappuccino. I was too full for desert but we weren't in a rush. That hit the spot. This was a business meeting and they moved us to a larger table to give us more space which was super cool of them. We got to sit in the tented area where it was easy to talk to one another without yelling.

The food was served in paper plates and plastic utensils, which i wish was not the case because the less waste the better for the environment but I get it though the manpower is lacking! I was not informed that there was an extra $1 charge for the whipped cream in my coffee. I wouldve opted out of the whipped cream. The people were nice all throughout but it was just those two things that can be improved on! BUT the Ube pandesal with cheese was sooooo good and unexpected. It seems like cream cheese was used as the filling and they were generous with it too.

Maybe seasoning for fries in that region of the world is different than how we do American fries? Some restaurant in philly should really pick us up.

The fries were also super crisp, hot, and fresh out of the fryer. We also got a side of 6 piece wings. It's equally as juicy and the smokiness and char of the peri peri sauce was delicious.
