We have been ordering from Marcos for a long time as our go to pizza delivery place. After today we will NEVER order form them again. We ordered an XL thin crust pizza. The woman that was on the phone Anggie had a tone of voice that was very rude. Okay.... benefit of the doubt maybe she is having a bad day. When we got our pizza it was not thin crust but thick. We called back and politely informed them of the mistake. They told us that the XL pizza did not come in thin crust. We explained that we were not told that and would have ordered a different size had we had been told. We were then passed of to the manager. Come to find out the person who originally took our order, Angie was the manager. She sat on the phone and argued with us that it is the customers responsibility to have know the XL did not come in thin crust. When we asked her to remake the pizza in a smaller size she reluctantly said okay but we would need to give back the pizza they already delivered. We said that was fine but were not offered reimbursement for the price difference. We informed her at this point to not worry about it because of her attitude. We did not trust the pizza that would be delivered to us. We will not be ordering again read more

I ordered a cheese pizza for my grandson and they offered to add in their cheese toppings on the crust for free! I had all 3 flavors - garlic butter, roma seasoning and parmesan cheese. It was so delicious! Perfectly cooked - fresh sauce with the right amount of spices - not greasy - homemade dough - heavenly to eat! This place is awesome! They're always so helpful and nice whether I'm ordering by phone or person. I enjoy the seasonings they offer to put on the crust too! There pizza when we first started ordering it about a year ago for take out was good. But the last couple months we stopped ordering it cause it has become Very Greasy!! To the point where it soaks to the outside of the box. And last time we ordered a large it came with a metal plate still under the pizza inside the box? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. This location is literally 2 miles from my house. The order time took over an hour and the pizza arrived cold. They also failed to deliver half of our order. When we called to remedy the situation we were asked a barrage of questions confirming which order was ours. We just ordered it. They eventually sent the remaining order with no apologies for the cold pizza. I called an d talk to the manager who agreed he would be upset if he spent $80 at a restaurant and was served half of his order and the other half was cold. I have called their corporate offices. This place used to have te best service, I'm not sure what happened. I placed an order that never arrived. When I called the store to let them know, they left me on hold forever. Finally they asked if someone could call me back. Thirty minutes later, the manager called me back to let me know they never delivered cause my cell phone doesn't receive calls. Mind you, this is the same cell number that they used to call me back. I got no apology, just excuses. So basically their bad service was my fault. I saw a Marco's pizza delivery car the other day and decided to try it for dinner that night. We were sorely disappointed. The crust was almost burnt. There was no difference between the regular and thin crust. I did enjoy the old world pepperoni but the green peppers were basically just the skin and in blobs instead of nicely cut. I asked for light sauce on mine and regular sauce for my boyfriend. There was almost no sauce on either one. Won't be ordering there again. read more

This has the worst customer service I have experienced. We had a gift certificate here from our apartment place and we decided to make it a pizza night. When I called, a guy answered and he wanted my phone #. I gave him to him then after I gave it to him there was no answer on the other line. I kept saying "Hello Hello". Then after about a minute of no one answering I hung up and called again. This time there a wait when I called back. No big deal, maybe they were busy. Then after about 10 mins of waiting a lady answered and I told her I wanted to do a take out order. Then she says they don't take orders from blocked #'s. Like seriously? I told her I just called and gave the guy who answered my call early my phone #. Then I told her "So you want me to wait another ten minutes just so I can place an order?" then again, no answer. It sounded like they just put you on hold or put the phone down without letting you know. I will never spend money at this Bussiness ever. This is the worst Bussiness I experienced. I hope management sees this because I'm from Hawai'i and we are military. Being new to Texas, these food places are the worst I have experienced in my life.
