Honestly, the pizza was not that good. It should've had more sauce on it, cheese, and the toppings were supposed to be chopped up due to the fact I had had dental work. The young lady promised me she would do it and upon my first bite in the pizza I quickly realized that she had not been paying attention... I tore my dental work open and now have a much longer time. To heal due to her being on her phone texting and not paying a amount of attention to my request or Health! I was very specific weather and even had a note in my wallet that she had to read telling her that I had dental work and expressing what I needed done! I am still in miserable pain due to her neglect. They're really sad part about it is I had to pay for this misery! Your new rewards program and app is designed for customer failure. Unlike my Dominos app that never changes the password or has any problem keeping up with my points, your app changing the password every month so every time I go back on to try and login my password has been changed and I am unable to login . I can easily see why this place ranks 4 & 1/2 stars. They are ostensibly the most convenient pizza delivery service I have ever called upon. They have it all. Starting with online ordering to customized orders to digital signature confirmation for your pizza to tracking the status of your order. In real time. This place is like the Michael Jordan of pizza delivery. Question is...does the food itself hold up? Well.. I ordered my particular pizza with pepperoni, Feta cheese and garlic butter crust. It was simple, but they absolutely nailed it! The crust was crisp and the cheese, lightly singed, just like I prefer it. The wings were pretty solid. Not obnoxiously spicy, but just right. The bleu cheese could have been a higher quality, but this is a pizza place. At this point, I'm merely being nitpicking. The thing that steals the show for me on this place is the fact that their delivery system is so convenient and seamless. They would easily give Papa John's and Domino's a run for their money. It's just a shame they only exist on the lower East coast region. So the moral of the story is...if you're in a pinch for fast food that you don't feel like going out to get yourself and you happen to find yourself somewhere on the southern region of the East coast, why not give Marco's a try? We had our first bad service experience tonight. We ordered a pizza and salad at 7:30 that was promised for 8:15. At 8:40 I called to see what the problem was and was told "I was about to call you, you could either come pick up your order or we can credit you." This isn't that complicated of a business and if they didn't have adequate staff or drivers, they should have said so up front. Ordered online for carryout. I'm from Texas and all the locations I've visited in DFW are 5 stars. This location didn't disappoint. The large specialty pepperoni cheeser I ordered was ready within 10-15 minutes - perfect timing for my drive to pick it up on a Friday evening. The service was friendly and helpful too. The location was setup nicely for customers carrying out due to covid19 with complimentary paper plates, napkins, red pepper, and parm cheese packets for you to take as needed. Their Big Cheese is the best. We always get thin crust but always ask for extra sauce. Kids wanted tacos so we just made some taco meat and everyone adjusted their own pieces with taco meat some shredded lettuce and tomato if they wanted. Everyone was happy and much cheaper than taco pizza that is awful next day this was great Friday night and tasty Saturday reheated with just the fabulous cheeses. Great pizza, Crust is fantastic although we prefer their thin crust and I forgot to order that this time.. It was still great!! As for overall pizza... Sauce is perfect.. Not too sweet.. Or heavy.. Perfect... And we are picky.. my family prefers their Deluxe Uno Pizza w/ Thin crust, largest size is the large. Either way .. Their toppings were fresh and cooked to perfection.. Love, Love, Love.. Their pizza!! I highly recommend trying it.. Totally worth the money!! My kids are older.. So if I'm going to order take out for pizza or delivery I want it to be worth the calories I'm consuming.. I was put on hold several times, there was confusion with the order, only to find that they only had carry out service tonight. The phone service person was argumentative. Unsure if it was a poor phone connection or a complete lack of customer service initiative. The entire experience was an unpleasant exercise in frustration. I cancelled the order and went else where. Ordered this evening through Grubhub, arrived way earlier than expected, which was nice. Until we dig into our Greek Salad. In the middle of the salad was a HAIR TIE that looked super gross. It had soaked up the dressing (that yes, we put on) but still. You never hope to take a large bite of salad and find a HAIR TIE. Tried to call the restaurant three times but the line was disconnected each time. (I understand it is dinner time on Saturday night). I'm really unhappy with the connection to Marco's and the fact that our Greek salad was ruined by someone's hair tie. That doesn't easily come off your wrist while making a salad, so I'm confused as to what happened there. Will not be returning. read more

My boyfriend and I ordered a roma meat pizza for dinner. It was $15 after tax, but for the price we've had better. The pizza was rather small for a large, more like a medium. Authentic? Not at all. Words like authentic are thrown around a lot these days. It makes the word less meaningful and takes away from those who are truly authentic. Needless to say, if your business serves truly great food there is no need to advertise or use words like "fresh" or "authentic". You can surely taste the corporate profits on the crust. Where there should be wholesome chewy deliciousness, there is a pure white undercooked fluff of tasteless haste. Since the crust is lacking I focused on the ingredients that lay above. The cheese was nothing special and over salted. It most definitely came from a plastic bag whereas an "authentic" cheese would be a oblong ball of mozzarella floating in brine before it shredded and spread. The sauce? Reminds me of dominos. Cheap and used sparingly. The toppings... Maybe the best part of the pizza. The mushrooms didn't taste like they came from a can and the olives were great! The cheesy bread was also pretty good, but like the pizza, the bread was light, fluffy, and without any sort of finesse. I guess anything tastes good with a mountain of cheese on top. Overall impression? Slightly better than dominos and slightly less than Papa Johns. Far from authentic. I was hoping to get something authentic due to the price I paid. read more

This pizza was AMAZING. The crust was light, fluffy and buttery with the perfect amount of crunch. The chicken dippers weren't my favorite, but still pretty good. Better than dominos at least. Usually after I eat pizza from a fast food chain (dominos, papa john, etc...) I feel sick to my stomach that night and the day after. Didn't feel sick at all after having this pizza. When I got home I had a large flyer from Marco's in the mailbox. Thought I would give them a try. Called to order two pizzas and a salad for pick-up. When the girl on the phone tried the coupon code she said it wouldn't work. I explained that I had just gotten the mailer out of the mailbox. She was pretty rude and said that wasn't her problem. She said she tried the code twice and there was nothing she could do. The price increase without the coupon was $9. Now, I know that there are system issues but it is doubtful that there was nothing they could do. In any case she should not have been rude to a customer on the phone when the issue was theirs. She could have gotten a manager involved or just asked me to bring the coupon in when I came to pick up the order. I asked her to cancel the order as the coupon was what caused me to give Marco's a try. I have two teenage sons and they, as well as their buddies, like pizza and subs so we order out at least once a week. Thankfully, there are a lot of alternatives to Marco's in this area. Those businesses appreciate my patronage. Customer service is important and Marco's evidently hasn't figured that out yet. I won't do business with them in the future. read more
