I went into the blackbob location on 12/9/17 to order lunch and nobody came to the counter. I saw one girl making pizza she did not look up and greet me and I heard another person in the background by the sink. I know they heard me come in because the door bell goes off every time the door opens. Before when I visited this location the workers always greeted me with "welcome to Marco's." I would have appreciated a "we'll be right with you" instead of being ignored. I waited about three minutes. The girl making pizza did not look up once and the person in the back never came up to the counter. So, I just left. Very sad what this location is turning into. We had a frankly infuriating experience here. We had an extremely important get together to get to by an important time. We ordered online and when we got there they hadn't made the pizza at all. Claiming, "it didn't pop up on our screen." We had to wait another 20 minutes while people came in and out with pizza. Our order was in no way made a priority and we were offered no compensation. This couldn't have been on a worse night, and I can't imagine having been given worse service. Unless you for some reason just adore their pizza more than anywhere else, go anywhere but here. read more

I had heard great things about Marco's Pizza and was excited to try. I walked in and placed my order and was told it was going to be about 10 minutes, so I decided to wait. While waiting for my order, I observed several employee's who answered the phone to take call in orders, handle money, and make the pizza's all the while NOT WASHING THEIR HANDS in between each function. Those making the pizza DID NOT wear gloves. I mentioned this to the manager and was advised to help myself to a free two litter bottle of soda for my inconvenience. Needless to say, I left without my order or a refund. Employees in the food industry need to think twice. If you are demanding more pay, than the public is going to expect clean, sanitized work area's and food. read more

The best pizza! Hands down! Get all three crust toppers!!! Cheesy bread is to DIE for. They haven't been open but a year? I think they "weeded out" some bad seeds. I have had nothing BUT exceptional customer service. I've only had concerns a few times, staff and management were GREAT! Always taken care of. Deliveries are super fast, and staff always yells"welcome to Marcos" when I arrive. Everyone is dancing, having fun. Great atmosphere.they were doing the "Cupid shuffle" while working when I came in tonight. Very refreshing! Seeing everyone doing their work and dancing. I wish my work place had as much fun with excellent food. I recommend to everyone. Sorry papa johns and Pizza Hut. We got a divorce. :-). On a weekend, I will wait extra time for the pizza and the service. On a busy night it is very VERY clean. Everyone is cleaning or working. The main manager Jean obviously does a great job with these "kids", moral, and establishment. Everything is made fresh, sauce is amazing (I'm Italian so that says something) dough is spot on. My Mother a Latina who struggles with English ordered a pizza deal at 640pm a deluxe and added a medium cheese pizza off of a deal for five dollars. They messed up and gave her crazy bread instead and my mother told them it was a mistake. They decided to make her a new pizza my mother due to having to go to work told them she'd leave and try to comeback later. Here's my problem and where we knew we were wrong, My mother got off work and asked me to go with her to get the pizza at a 11pm I asked if she called and she did not. Still my mom wanted to check. I humored her and we went. When we got there we tried to explain the situation we weren't demanding a pizza just my mom was hopeful it may somehow be there and the General manager she said her name was Christie or Chrissy got livid and was yelling at my mother demanding to know why she didn't call or anything I calmly asked her to calm down my mother struggles with English and didn't think to call but this General manager pressed on and my mother tried to explain we did not come to fight we were just hoping it may be there the manager went on to tell us how because she had to throw away the pizza she had to pay for it and that would take away money from her own children's mouths. My mother felt horrible and still wanted to just pay and leave and this women pressed on and on yelling. We didn't ask her to make a pizza not once but she yelled it clearly that she was not going to make another I hope sincerely he gets better training as a manager not once in my time or my parents time in working at fast food or restaurants have we seen a manager do this. My father was a manger of two burger kings and he was shocked and commented she must not have the proper training. It will be a while before we come back to Marcos pizza and it is our favorite pizza place but after getting yelled at by a manager over a miscommunication I mean it was just so unprofessional. Really hope the management steps up and realizes getting louder doesn't help someone whose second language is English understand. When you clearly state you're angry at us and are yelling at two customers how are we supposed to respond. I have no idea what to say just disappointed. read more
