I was looking for something easy and quick and I thought PIZZA! I called and ordered a large pizza with pineapple and mushrooms. The lady told me it would be 15 minutes and the total would be $11.95. I had to ask her again "How much did that cost" and she really did said $11.95 for a large pizza with two toppings! Maybe they had a deal going on that I wasn't aware of, it was a Sunday. I was amazed! I came inside picked up my pizza and it was soooooo good! The inside of the pizza restaurant has a few tables to sit at if you wanna eat inside. This is now my new to-go pizza place!

Such an amazing pizza place! Manuel was so nice and you can tell he cares about all the customers! Pizza was delicious!

Lunch: 6" Sub & Drink $5.99, charged $7.99 and would not reimburse the difference when asked. I feel like I've been robbed.

I'll start with the good points - the meatballs themselves were tasty and my dad said the chicken was tender. Here's the rest: we walk in and the order taker / cashier was not very friendly or helpful (to say the least) - acted like she didn't want to be there. There were only two other people in the restaurant yet it took 15 minutes to get 2 meatball subs and a chicken parm sub. (Sodas are 20 oz bottles - so no refills, fyi) The meatball subs had very little, if any, sauce - so they were dry as can be and the bread hard as a rock. Very difficult to eat - I was quite literally coughing from the dryness as I tried to chew - I imagine it was like that cinnamon challenge going around a few years ago. I was able to taste the meatballs and they had a really nice flavor. I imagine if they were served with sauce, it would have been a pretty good sub. Oh, and the best part - we were charged $7.99 for the lunch special - and the RECEIPT clearly says: "Lunch 6" sub & drink $5.99". I asked about it and was told that corporate didn't change the computer. Well, if they didn't change the computer than I should be charged $5.99. I feel like I've been robbed of $6.00 plus tax.

Everyone knows NY has the best pizza ever! When I moved down to Florida from NY I would try every pizzeria that said NY style to see if it was true and it never was (insert sad emoji here). My boyfriend told me that Marcos had really great pizza but of course I doubted it because no pizza can ever compare to a NY slice from the pizzeria down the block. I caved in and decided to give it try. We drove to Marcos pizza in hunters creek and it smelled amazing in there and it was very clean. As soon as you walk in the staff greets you and takes care of you. We ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni, bacon, Italian sausage, and green peppers. We get home and open the pizza and it just looks so delicious and fresh. I take my first bite and instantly close my eyes while I chew my pizza with a smile on my face. The best pizza I've ever tried in Florida! I got so obsessed with the pizza that I would order it 3 times a week and I could literally eat a small pie by myself LOL I'm currently down to one small pie for my boyfriend and I a week so that's a bit healthier. I give this place a 5 star because not only is it in a convenient location, it's also really delicious. I hope y'all enjoy Marcos as much as I do :)

Since there is no Blaze Pizza in south Orlando, Marcos is taking advantage of that. It's weird that I just moved down from Los Angeles and over there the pizza costs half as much and slightly bigger. LA is a very expensive place to live but surprisingly pizza isn't expensive like here lol.

Me and my girlfriend were craving some pizza that wasnt artificial. My landlord suggested papa johns and i was like "nahh, i aint about that life!." But then my girlfriend remembered a time she was at a bumpin trap party (fist pumping) and the host brought some marcos pizza ! So thats when we decided to go to marcos. Instantly, when we arrived we felt at home. Jp greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and is honestly a big reason we always want to return. Thank you for everything you do. See you soon! read more

This is my families go to pizza place in the Ocoee Area. More trustworthy than visiting mom and pop shops, and much better quality than the big companies. We have been buying from them almost exclusively for about a year now and have not been disappointed. The ingredients are much better quality than you find anywhere else, and they offer seasonings on the crust. Can't go wrong. I just need them to deliver to me. read more

I'm not a pizza connoisseur, so I rely on my girlfriend's more cultivated taste for it. Being a New Englander, she constantly bemoaned the lack of good pies down here in Florida, as all northerners tend to do, until she tried Marco's Pizza. It might not be at the same level of the top pies up there, but for her, it is the best she's found down here by far. Everyone in my family likes their pizzas and their antipasto salad. We've also eaten in their tiny establishment, but I'd suggest to take it with you, because it is really, really small, and quite busy. They are also very nice people, attentive and happy to recommend specials and cool combinations. Try them out! read more

Placed an order at 4:30pm for a future delivery at 6:45pm when my guest were arriving. I called at 7:00pm and they told me it was going another ten minutes. I spoke to the manage who said, "Sorry, we got busy." The delivery guy was nicer and more professional than the manager on the phone. 25 minutes late with no offer for a future order is not good customer service at all. I place future orders at Papa John's all the time and they have never been late. Next time my guest will not wait and I will order with Papa. Do better! read more

The steak and cheese sub is the worst steak n cheese I've ever had. There was barely any meat, hate the chunky lettuce and the onions were cut very thick. Pizza was burned as well. Will never go there again!! read more

After trying Marco's pizza, the other pizza restaurants can't compare to the flavor and quality of this place. The service here is always excellent and the pizza is made fresh, try the Parmesan crust, it's the best! They also have fresh salads, subs, wings, etc...price varies, but definitely worth the bite! read more

Just recently started using them again wow what a let down! Firstly they deliver and one of the pizza boxes is EMPTY YES EMPTY! What do they say we will send you a extra cheesy bread! Not we will redo your whole order over so your family of 5 can eat together! Anyways already dissatisfied 30 minutes later another pizza arrives and it does not have the crust I ordered um two strikes and I am done! I will go back to paying a little extra at a slice of New York EPIC FAIL! read more

Stopped at this pizza place for quick bite before hitting the road back to miami. The service was friendly and the food came out super fast. We had a variety of pizzas and a sub all of which were delicious. My downfall to the place was cleanliness. Floor didn't look very clean and tables didn't have napkins, those were only available up front. The food however very tasty. read more

OK, so thought I would try Marco's again. HUGE mistake! They messed almost my entire $82 order up and called to speak with someone and the manager Esteban was very rude and did not make it right by us. Very disappointed and appalled at how rude the manager was. read more

Completely surprised by this restaurant. Never heard of this company till I came here with my parents. The quality in the food is impeccable. Great taste and great quality of ingredients. Also, as I walked in an employee was taking care of brand standards ensuring a good experience for any customer walking in. Will definitely come back here the next time I visit Orlando. read more

I kept Marco's in my phone as the "go-to" for decent delivery pizza in south Orlando / North Kissimmee area UNTIL they showed me how little they care about repeat business. Twice we ordered several pizzas and wings online, selecting our dips and paying .59 for extra sauces. Twice they sent the wrong sauces and cold pizza. When I called one of the store managers about the situation he said, " your next order of wings will come with one complimentary sauce". My response, " i don't find one free wing sauce out of three orders of wings 5 pizzas to be an adequate solution,especially after ruining two previous orders". They couldn't have been any more indifferent, no apology, no concern. Poor problem resolution, customer service, and no genuine care about the product or their customers. I wouldn't spend another dollar at marco's if they were the only pizza place in Florida. read more

I am usually a big fan of this restaurant but this last time I ordered made me extremely upset. I placed an order online while leaving work in poinciana so it would be ready in Davenport when I got there. I ordered three calzones. I get there and the girl tells me there's no order with my name. I showed her the email. She comes back like three mins later and said my manager said he tried calling you (in which the app won't let me change my number ugh) and he hasn't been making calzones lately so your order was cancelled. Excuse me?? Calzones are made of pizza crust....you're still making pizzas aren't you? If you aren't making them then make it unavailable on the website like they have in the past if they have been out of steak or chicken. I was absolutely furious. You weren't out of the ingredients so what's the deal?? Also there's been three occasions I've gotten wrong thing and I've been told I'd get refunded to my card and it's never happened. read more

Recently took a trip down to Orlando Florida with a wife and kids we came again to try Marco's Pizza because the last time it was amazing so right when I walk in I was greeted with a friendly staff they treated us so well just like family the pizza was so amazing tasted so fresh the breadsticks where to die for overall the place was clean the staff was friendly and the food was amazing every time I come down to Florida I will make sure I stop by Marco's Pizza read more

We love Marco's. They have good pizza and are much better priced than a lot of the other chains. We love their online specials and often do carry out, but they also have a handful of tables that are normally full when we stop by. Its delicious, normally pretty fast, and a decent price with a wide menu variety. what more do you want? read more

Spending money for food is a national past time, and I really don't mind the cost if the food is good. Last night I ordered a large pizza, split, with many ingredients on it. I ordered it on line, discovered I had to pay cash, called the restaurant and gave them my credit card number, and the delivery was made. Delivery person was efficient and quick with his delivery. The problem began when I saw the pizza - part of it was burnt, little or no sauce, crust was dried out and other ingredients were not palatable. The salad had brown lettuce, little cheese, and only a few ingredients. All in all, I probably won't order from them again. read more

I have been a frequent customer here for years and the friendly staff and excellent tasting pizza every time I order never let's me down! Deliveries are super fast and my carry out orders are usually ready for me before I walk in. Clean tables and environment. I'm a very picking eater but this place gets my complicated orders right without any problems. Not only is the pizza always on point but so are the wings. The thinnest place I've ever seen. Only room for two lines of people in the main area, one line for ordering, one line for picking up. Behind the counter was quite the operation. Pies being baked in one oven, being put on display, and then another oven jam packed with slices being warmed for the customer, along with their accompanying garlic knot. Every slice comes with a complimentary knot. I'm pretty sure I saw whole pizzas going out with eight included knots. The service was pretty good. Efficient, friendly enough workers. There was an aura of hurry up, what do you need, but with a line out the door literally all night, I do not blame them one bit. And the slice factory line got you in an out as quickly as it possible could. As for the slice itself, it was pretty ok. Good crust, foldable slice. Very cheesy, which is needed for most clientele who are in the middle of downtown in need of munchies. Slim toppings, though, and even after the heating process, the slice was kind of cold. Overall, for the convenience and the price, this place was good. I'll definitely come back under the right circumstances.

I asked if they offered a military discount, and the employee told me they did. When I presented my military ID, he refused to apply the discount and then attempted to take my government-issued military ID out of my hand to inspect whether it was legitimate. That interaction really caught me off guard and made me uncomfortable. Regardless of the store's policy, there are more respectful and professional ways to handle that situation. I still purchased my food and ordered a standard cheese pizza, hoping the food would make up for the experience. Unfortunately, it was pretty average. The bottom of the pizza was pale and seemed undercooked, so it lacked the crisp texture I was expecting. The ambience, however, did seem really nice. They have upstairs seating that overlooks the street, which could make for a nice spot if you're dining in. Overall, I understand busy shifts can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. Better customer service and more consistency in the quality of the pizza would go a long way. Based on this visit, I don't see myself returning.

My wife and I love good pizza and we had been trying several different pizza places in the area. We heard about Marcos and thought we'd give it a try; sadly we were disappointed. Upon walking through the door the place is quaint and busy with people either waiting to dine in or take out. We thought that was a good sign until we went to speak to the cashier to place our order. My wife asked what their best pizza or dish is so she could try it and she stared at him blankly for a minute before saying "uh... Pizza?" She apparently doesn't really eat there herself. He asked what her favorite pizza was and she again stared at him before replying "cheese? I don't know that's all I ever eat." We weren't trying to be obnoxious but we asked what is in the meatball bake and absolutely no one in the place could tell us other than meatballs. Not even the chef in the back knew what was in it and he had to look it up. We ended up ordering two small pizzas; one Hawaiian and one with sausage. It was decently speedy and decent taste but nothing special. Overall it is suitable for large parties but there are better places out there for good pizza. read more

There Gm manger is name is Celeste and she is very rude and disrespectful. Also she don't treat her employees good at all she hire a bunch on men so she can assert her dominance on them if she can't control them she lie to the owner to get them fired. She been working there since she was 16 teen years old so she very comfortable and think she can do what she want. Don't make no better that the owner is literally her pet. He pay her rent for her, he gave her a car for free all because she sleep with him on the low. I'm very frustrated with this company because they allow this non sense to go on with no corrections. I have literally been told by worker that use to work there that they had sexual relationships with the Gm just to get the job. This not a lie I have proof of everything.
