My biggest concern is that I would like to see more hands-on coaching, guidance, and encouragement from the coaching staff during training. At times, it can feel like a few athletes who are more outspoken or eager to "take the spotlight" dominate the opportunities, while other girls don't always get the same chance to participate, receive feedback, or demonstrate what they've learned. I believe training should be a true team environment where every athlete has an opportunity to learn, make mistakes, receive coaching, and grow. Coaches being more intentional about including and encouraging all athletes would make the experience even better. Overall, I appreciate what Valley Athletics offers and the skills they are teaching. I just hope the program continues to focus on creating an environment where every athlete feels seen, supported, and given a fair opportunity to improve.

They do a great job with maintenance and showing pride for the love of the sport. Bleachers are kept clean, restrooms are in safe zones and are also clean, food area feels more of a concession stand versus a snack bar so that's pretty cool and the games are exciting rather than "cute". Overall a great place to come and watch a hometown ballgame of miniature adults while catching some rays and eating some seeds!
