I picked this place because they had good reviews that showed fresh flowers and pretty arrangements locally so I went for it. On Thursday, before the flowers were delivered, they sent me a preview of the arrangement. They were absolutely gorgeous and my mother in law loved her flowers on her bday. I found a photo of a green and yellow lei they had previously sold to past customer and decided to call in and ask if they had one in stock. The graduation was a few days out so I was pretty rushed to find a lei in time. I called in and spoke to the person (I think the name was Ronnie?) and they kindly informed me that they would have to see if they can make a yellow and green colored lei in time. They gave other colored options just in case the green and yellow was unavailable. After I got off the phone, they let me know the price (about $71) which needed to be paid before they can put the order in. I venmoed the money over and received a photo of the lei the day before graduation. I let her know that I will be in the morning of the graduation to pick it up and everything went smoothly! Communication was great, pick up time was easy and my cousin was thrilled with the lei! The price was a bit high though but the customer service was great!

I was always intimidated so go to Margit Holakoui's store since it was so beautiful from the street. I assumed that it would be expensive. Our high school Inaugural was a couple days away and I needed to buy two wrist corsages for my sons dates. I called around and she had the lowest price! I went in and met her and she is a sweet accommodating person. One of the girls wanted purple flowers only for her corsage. Purple flowers are generally the most fragile and don't hold up well. She went and searched the Flower Mart for me and came back with the most beautiful orchids. She spent above the amount I paid and she didn't charge me extra. Instead she smiled at me and said just come back. I wish I would have gone to her store years ago. Thank you so much Margit for making two gorgeous wrist corsages. Margit is not a Florist! No! she is not! She is an Artist! She is my contact when I need an ADDABOY! She is amazing when it comes to flowers. I have used other people and they will produce flowers just like any one else through a catalog. Not Margit! None of your flowers will match any catalog. She comes up with every arraignment and centerpiece. Every single one will be unique to Margit. When I think I need flowers, She always asks, "What do you want to accomplish?" She is the solution, never part of the problem. She finds out about the person receiving the flowers and does an awesome arraignment or center piece. Need flowers? Call an artist that uses flowers instead of paint. read more

The next day I drove to the florist shop and arrived at the hotel only to find that they had cancelled my order and had notified me via email two hours before my pick up time. The florist said they were booked with a wedding and were unable to fulfill my order. I was unable to find an alternative with such short notice and showed up to my event empty handed. UPDATE: it has been 13 days since I placed my order with this company and have yet to receive my refund. When I tried to call the phone number provided, it's a Google voice number that no one picks up. I sent two emails and there has been zero communication. This company stole $500 from me.
